Tracking was great. My delivery guy was so nice. First time having something delivered by this company. One of the best I have had.

Jordan Devereux made such a pleasant surprise upon delivering my goods from Wickes .
Very efficient and helpful to offload and assist in transporting up a few steps with 25kg bags of cement , which most would refrain from .
Polite manner and engaging in positive conversation is a rare quality these days , but Jordan possesses all these . What a lovely guy , an asset to anybody who employs him I’m sure .

Non delivery

Tried using Had delivery by 19-45 awaiting for an urgent project email me at 19-43 not coming we will deliver between 8-4pm next day

Had to stop the job and rearrange

Unacceptable and wouldnt recommend using by anyone

Mr Henry Emefo - Great service oriented Person - True customer delight

I had a great experience with this delivery driver from Wicks, Mr Henry Emefo. He was extremely kind, patient, and went out of his way to help an elderly person bring several heavy items safely into the house. Instead of just dropping the delivery at the door,he kindly helped carry everything inside and made sure it was placed in a safe spot. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really made a difference. Excellent service and a genuinely caring person.

Very happy with delivery

Very happy with delivery, delivery on time within a3 hour drop to my door, was about an hour, very impressed, even offered to put some inside the door for me as heavy items, delivered with care , would happily use again, thank you.
