Abdul was thorough & professional at repairing my issues, keeping me informed at each stage and did a great job in helping repair and restore correct wiring.

Driver was fast, efficientb& courteous and really helpful in unloading at my garage to help save me the trouble - really excellent Rapid Delivery experience, will deffo use again and woukd give 10 stars if I could! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👏👏👏

On time and handed to recipient, not just left in the bin like some delivery organisations!

Delivery did not happen as planned with Yodel being as unreliable as ever! But the Von Haus Customer Service team, particularly Jennifer, could not have been more helpful and immediately snapped into action to resolve. One of the most impressive Customer Service experiences I've ever had and would definitely recommend!!

Shocking level of process and service! Products were shown as being in stock, but almost a week later informed some products were no longer available 'at the time of picking' - so at what point is stock truly available? Remaining products have still not been delivered with no notification updates. Customer Services just apologise but do nothing to resolve / improve things, so are a complete waste of time. Worst still, I'm still waiting delivery of remaining products 2 weeks later! What a waste of time! Steer well clear of this company / site if you want reliable delivery and service. Happily, I found my missing products elsewhere for cheaper price and delivered writing 3 days of ordering without any issues from Outdoor & Country - really great service. Shame on you all Pet & Country, worst experience of my life!

My first experience of Zalando - deliveries were on time and as planned - very efficient and effortless process, including returns. Would definitely recommend and will be using again, total convert!
