Poor quality bracelets and dangly charms

My family have bought a number of pieces from Clogau as we are Welsh!
I am really disappointed in the quality of the stretchy bracelets and dangly charms. DO NOT BUY them if you want them to last beyond a year. The charms (some at over £60) have fallen off and I’ve returned four bracelets for repair. The most recent stretchy bracket luckily came apart at home. I returned it, at a cost, to be repaired. The repair is not good enough, silver pieces not in the right places. Returned again and promised it would be checked personally by Sophie. It has arrived this morning exactly the same. So frustrating. Poor quality and awful service at repair.

We’d like to reassure you that the bracelet was carefully checked prior to dispatch and confirmed to be the correct length in line with the original design specification. We have also reviewed the pattern and placement of the silver elements against the images you shared, and can confirm that the bracelet matches the original design as intended.

That said, we understand how disappointing it is when a piece does not meet your personal expectations, especially after multiple returns, and we’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. Your feedback regarding wear and repairs has been shared with our teams so it can be reviewed further.

Terrible customer service for a faulty item

I have bought a lot of clothes and footwear from Trespass which I have been really pleased with.
I recently bought a pair of DLX waterproof boots for £83. The first time I wore them my feet got very wet. I sent them back on 1st June for QA to assess them. I have sent a number of emails and have chased on the phone but I am still waiting for a response. The last contact was on July 9th saying the QA team would send me a letter with an outcome. Totally unsure why they could not send an email! Really poor service from a brand that I’ve previously rated highly.

Spoke to customer care yet again. They agreed to refund me as the boots were not waterproof. Waited 10 days for the refund, phoned again to be told they would process a refund. It hadn’t been done ten days ago. I do wonder if I’ll ever receive the refund!

Competitive prices, excellent customer service

Excellent customer service whilst buying my new car. Rob Scott was very helpful and the guy who delivered my car was brilliant!!!
Hilton garage had the highest spec, lowest mileage and newest S3 in my price range - very competitive prices.
