The first time I’ve bought a car on line. I was a little apprehensive but received good phone call explanations and support. The site is easy to navigate. The only problem I had was making the payment but it proved to be an issue with my bank not Cinch. Due to the amount being paid a fraud block was put on. Once this was removed payment was seamless. Having the car delivered to my house was a big bonus
