I am really disappointed with Milk &…

I am really disappointed with Milk & More as potentially they could be such a great company, but there are constant issues when adding anything else to an order. Ive already paid £5 extra the other month when I was charged for a milk delivery twice, didnt bother chasing. Then I decided to put in an extra order yesterday, which never arrived today. I telephoned and was then told there was a system problem. Fine I was happy to have the delivery wednesday instead, no I cant do it that way, apparently I have to wait for my £15 refund, and if I want the goods for Wednesday I'd have to order again, Absolutely not paying again, what guarantee is there the same thing won't happen again on wednesday. Ive had problems with milk & more in the past but wanted to give them another go. Such a shame as milkman is great

No refund or replies to several emails

Had to throw four 1 litre bottles of semi-skimmed milk away which was well within the use by date but very sour. I emailed the company and was told I would be reimbursed. I received a refund for one bottle. I emailed again and was asked to provide a photo of the bottle showing the date and batch number. I replied to the email with a photo and heard nothing. I have since sent two further emails with another photo attached and still nothing. Having been a customer for around 14 years and recommending to friends and family, I am thoroughly disappointed. I will therefore be cancelling my account and advising people NOT to use this company. Really gone downhill 😕

I love having my milk delivered to my door especially as the bottles are made of glass. It is also good to know we are drinking good quality milk. The website is a bit tricky to use when adding other items. Sometimes I havent completed all the various stages so the items fail to materialise.

Lack of Communication

The one thing I find annoying about Milk and More is that they just stop delivering items without any prior notice. For example, I really like the Oato Chocolate and Strawberry Milk, but one week it didn't arrive and when I rang to speak to someone (quite difficult), no explanation was given at all. No sign of it since. One of the only reasons I stay with them is because I really like the plant based croissants and pain au chocolat. There really us very little choice for vegans. My main reason for sticking with them is because I like the products in glass bottles rather than all the tetrapacks.

Milkman is incapable of delivering correct order

Milkman is incapable of delivering the correct order.
Since October 2026 at least once a month and recently once or twice a week semi skimmed rather than skimmed delivered.
Numerous calls to customer services, who are charming, but situation remains the same. Have requested management action, asked for call back from manager …. nothing. Finally wrote to head office 10 days ago. No response.
Today yet again wrong milk delivered.
Therefore we are closing our account after 46 years.
Appalling service and management,
Would not recommend to anyone

Deliveries always late

No delievry no update. Called several times and got cut off twice, they put me on hold then the line went dead. Then called again and the call didn't even ring. Tried messaging in fb, no response. Its appalling. Never be using it again. Hope to get my money back but not much.

Milk & Morons.

The driver took away a crate of empty bottles.Then left four full bottles on a gravel driveway.Two fell over and the tops came off.This attracted an army of insects who eventually rendered all four bottles undrinkable!There were plenty of paved areas or doorsteps where the bottles could have been left safely.In future we will be having less from milk and more.In fact NONE!

First delivery and they have got it…

First delivery and they have got it wrong!!

Ordered:
3x semi skimmed milk - £1.29 each
1x homogenised milk - £1.29 each
1x pack of 6 eggs - £2.45 each
1x Milk minder - £16.99 each

Ended up with just 1x semi skimmed milk and 1 homogenised milk…….

Where is the rest of my order? over £15 worth of stuff missing!!!

Thankfully the milkman took a photograph (we also have cctv)

Appalling start and service by this company. Got to wait until 7am to try and resolve this

Will be cancelling all my orders moving forward and account if they don’t put this right

07:10am - UPDATE: Spoke to customer service who told me the reason was because there was no stock availability. While this may be the case with the milk minder, milk and more clearly have eggs and the additional two bottles of semi skimmed milk!

Clearly liars and now I’ve canceled all my deliveries…. Also unable to process my refund yet due to the order still being “out for delivery” when they have confirmed the delivery photograph taken at approx 2am

Stay away from this company. Complete let down for my first delivery and shocking level of customer service

10:15am Further update, offered £5 voucher for a £25 order and the poor level of service…. Not good enough so account now canceled

No bread till Tuesday .

No bread delivery.
1. If Hovis Seeded is not available take it off the website
2. Offer a substitution of any bread rather than leaving me with no bread. The supermarkets can do this and you have done it before.

Not the fault of our wonderful milk delivery person!

Reliable delivery of milk in glass…

Reliable delivery of milk in glass bottles and good choice of other items. Ability to change your mind - change orders or add items. Good selection of dairy, breakfast, bread and other products. All in all, a very good experience.

Bad mannered drivers

My neighbour has just had her order delivered at 02.45 in the morning. The lovely delivery driver decided to leave his engine running the whole time with his radio on and windows down ,then slammed her gate open and threw the empty bottles in the back of the cart.So im writing this review at 3.00 in the morning wide awake and not for the first time because some of the drivers at milk and more were dragged up and have no bloody manners!
