Changing my car and picking up the new one in the afternoon so needed to sort my insurance very quickly. Phoned, wasn’t kept on hold for ages, lovely helpful lady, Sue, sorted it all out and the emails confirming came quickly and I was able to pick up the car. Very satisfied, thank you.

Would have been 5stars but for two issues. I appreciate you have very little control over hotels, but you could have told us when we were dropped off before noon that we couldn't have a room until after 3pm.
We had lovely holiday, marred only by waiting over an hour for our luggage at BHX. Felt very sorry for the staff who were getting grief from the passengers and on the radio. The error was not their fault.

The handle broke on my original Air ram cleaner which I’ve had for 6 years. I didn’t expect to be able to get a replacement handle but on the website, yes, there was one. Easy to order, delivered within a couple of days and very easy to fit. My cleaner is good as new. Great company!

This tour was easy to book on line and the starting point was central. All the staff were friendly and helpful, Covid guidelines were followed with seating a,no separate entry and exit. A map was provided, also headphones with an interesting commentary. We got on and off at several points and didn’t have to wait long for another bus to come along when we were ready to leave. A super introduction to Bath.

Very pleased with our furniture, order and delivery all efficiently handled and the item is just as we saw in the showroom.
