Great staff Communication BUT Multiple Scanned IDs not accepted & Card took too long.on

It could have been smooth and stress free cos the Staff have great Communication skills.
However, I only received the card on the 16th of Dec when I applied for the card since 6th Nov. I was emailed on 28th Nov (after 12days) that I'll receive the card in 7 working days but it took 18 days.
I had massive issues as none of the IDs scanned was accepted till I gave up after a week of multiple attempts daily.

5 STAR every time (well 90% of the time…

5 STAR every time (well 90% of the time 🤔)! Been with them for some years now.
The only thing is, I with they'll stop charging for replacing your card etc.

No difference to bald patch after 4 months

This is for those with hair not if your bald or going bald though I was told otherwise.
I've used it consistently daily as instructed for Four Months+ since August with Zero improvement.
Hopefully I get my refund; requested and awaiting response.

Every little helps they say

Every little helps they say, you have nothing to lose and all to gain.
There are loads of Travel, Outings, Electricals, Beauty and More discounts.
The only problem is that most retailers have reduced the cashback %, i.e. M&S from 5 to 3% but still better than nothing.

No response to emails

They promise to respond to your emails in 2 working days; I'm on Day 9 / the 6th working day, with no response.
I called and followed the advice given to no avail so I decided to email. Very disappointed to say the least.

Very very poor Customer Care

I made a transaction on the 8th of April which did not register in my account so I resent the money only to find out it's been sent twice. I called to request a reversal of one, assuming it'll be done in a day or two.
I however contacted them via Chat / Text on the 11th to cancel the reversal, not to request the refund. I have since sent 4/5 test messages, Tel Call and an email to that effect but I'm still receiving messages that they are attempting to reverse my money.
The money was taken back from my Bro's account regardless on the 16th of April but still not refunded back to me. Nobody cares to actually respond to any of my communication and still in limbo.
Very very poor Customer Care and to say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Your reply just confirms you are not listening; I have already sent you an email with no response. Respond to that instead of asking me to send another.

Great affordable clothings

I've never worn anything blue but I bought this royal blue party dress and It is absolutely gorgeous! The clothes are affordable and if you check the size guide for each item, you should be fine.
