Stop lying to your customers

Stop lying to your customers! Placed an order on 16 March with an option of a Festive and Green delivery that was meant to take 3 hours. A week later nothing arrived. Messaged you - sorry, 2-5 working days. A week later nothing arrived. Messaged you again - sorry 5-7 working days. More than a week later, still nothing has arrived.

Rest assured I will cancel my subscription with you immediately when the fixed contract runs out later this year.

Great work from Raheem

Great work from Raheem! We had a slight issue getting to the vehicle which was in an underground car park (@Halfords IT team, you should probably add that question to your online form) but Raheem adapted to the situation without any stress or drama and fitted my replacement battery very quickly. Overall - on time arrival as promised, great work as I hoped and cheaper than the AA quote. Thank you, Raheem!

Happy customer

Had a bit of an issue with these guys in the past but tried them again recently and was happy to see they are back to their best!

The app is easy to use and I like that I can search by both my time preference and the availability of my preferred therapist.

Don't bother

I did book for the same evening but they shouldn't accept reservations if they know their therapists are not going to be able to make it. I booked at around 17:30 for 19:00.

Shortly afterwards I got a call from their call centre saying the therapist will be running 15 - 20 min late. Not ideal for my evening but I told them fine, I'll still go ahead. Following the call I received the email confirmation from them that it was all booked at 17:41.

At 19:20 the therapist calls me to say that he is at best going to be getting to me by 19:50. I had other plans for the evening and couldn't keep waiting for him especially with no guarantee that he will actually turn up. The reservation was cancelled but I still got charged £65.

I called the call centre where I was assured it was their mistake and the charge will be refunded to me, I am currently waiting for that to happen. I trust the money will be returned otherwise the consequences will be greater than a 1 star review on TrustPilot but my evening was ruined by Urban Massage in any case.

Use Urban Retreat at home if they cover your area. Costs a bit more but at least you get quality service.
