The agent who dealt with my query was excellent, Rebecca T. She quickly resolved the problem for me.
However, getting through to customer service wasn’t easy - first time I was 25th in the queue. Second time I was 18th. The agent wanted me to screenshot a page, which then crashed the chat when I tried to upload it. Third time I was 5th in the queue and Rebecca checked out the issue without asking me to do anything. She resolved it within seconds. In total I spent about 2 hours of my time trying to get the issue resolved.

The website isn’t the best to navigate. I had to try several times to be able to enrol on the courses I wanted to. But the range of courses and the descriptions of them are excellent.

I had Plexr treatment to my upper and lower eye area to treat crepey skin. I'd previously had Fraxel to the same area and for the same reasons. The Plexr treatment was quite painful toward the end (no worse than Fraxel had been), but it was fine up to the last couple of minutes. I'd say that it took one full week for the scabbing to come off. I kept the area dry and only used special make-up bought from the clinic. The results were immediately visible and I was amazed at how much tighter the skin had become. I'm now about 6 weeks post-treatment. The skin is still pink and tightening all the time. I'd definitely recommend Plexr with the Tracey Bell clinic as the results are better than anything I'd tried before. The clinic is excellent and really professional and the staff are lovely.
