Ruined Mother’s Day: Dead flowers and zero customer support.

I ordered two "Medium" arrangements (roses and tulips) for Mother’s Day, and the experience has been a total shambles. The flowers arrived withered, bruised, and dying. They looked nothing like the lush arrangements advertised online. To add insult to injury, I was charged two separate delivery fees despite both bunches arriving at the same time with the same courier in a single drop-off.
I have emailed eflorist four times since March 14th to resolve this under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They have ignored every single message across all channels. I am now proceeding with a formal Letter Before Action and a court summons. Avoid this company if you actually want your gift to arrive alive.

Turning a Bumpy Start into a Great Experience – Thanks to Peter’s Excellent Service

Despite some initial technical issues and a problem with the delivery — with not all parts arriving on the same day — Peter remained punctual, professional, and focused on delivering excellent service throughout the process.

He not only completed the installation of both the tracker and immobilizer as planned, but also provided clear advice, stayed responsive at all times, and demonstrated a consistently positive attitude, even when faced with delays and frustrations outside of his control.

Peter returned the following day to complete the installation, and he did so with a smile and a proactive approach. Although the system configuration wasn’t working perfectly at first, he followed through diligently — keeping in touch, checking in via messages, and ultimately ensuring the product was fully functional and that I was looked after by both the supplier and the monitoring service.

It was a slightly bumpy journey to begin with, but thanks to Peter’s professionalism, care, and persistence, the experience was turned into a very positive one. I’m grateful to him and to TrackerShop for providing such a high standard of customer service.

Very disappointed

I had 5 pairs of glasses ordered with Vision Express at Tesco Gallows corner in Romford. A £300+ pair of varifocals on Ray Ben frames were completely useless and had to stop wearing them as they gave me headaches and did not work for my laptop, which was the reason I had them done to begin with. The most recent pairs I ordered 2 weeks ago were also pricey (can't understand how frames are more expensive than the full on sunglasses?) and I was told they would take a week to get done but after 2 weeks there was no order (Order no: 16038367) despite showing it was ready on November 6th and never delivered and then after an email follow up no reply, no sms, no ability to carry on using my eyes despite having payed full fee in advance. It's now been 3 weeks and zero customer service and zero glasses. Truly disappointed

Not my first and likely not my last order and been a client since 2017. Great communication and service, great delivery times and value for money. Would recommend.

Terrible, never again

I'd give my shopping experience Zero stars if I could. Item returned at my own expense and had to wait over a week for the refund, no replies to emails and a terrible customer experience overall. Really disappointing.

Ordered a watch worth over £1500, quality was very questionable with enough play on the GMT bezel that it actually clicked when pushed down from sides and the crown wobbled vertically when extended to set up the time. Had Seikos under £300 with better quality and no jiggle on crown. When I recorded a video and inquired about the mechanical doubts I had, no replies for several days and as soon as I requested a refund I was ignored after 3 emails and 1 phone call, asked instead if I wanted to buy another item even after I was told my refund was being processed and money returned to me.

Will never buy again from CWS or Jura or any of the affiliates, incredibly inconvenience and disappointment.

Great experience buying from the Diamond Box and would recommend Luke and the team there. Communication was fast and clear, the watch was as described and good care was taken in posting the item after final checks. Buy with confidence.

Great delivery experience, on time as advertised, friendly and excellently communicated. I just wish more deliveries were done through DPD, it's been great every time.

Terrible client service, over charged, damaged goods

Placed a phone order (no.139242) in early June, was overcharged about £17.95 compared to the online price, and on top of it the delivery arrived broken. Scott called me back after several emails, was very rude, saying that he was too busy and could not help, asking me why I am calling back to ask about the higher price charged.

I asked Scott if he was sure about the tone of his voice and if he actually worked in client services. I said "my friend, I am not really happy about the tone of your voice", he responded: "I am not your friend"...

Really surprised with the level of service, especially after damaged goods in transit, delivered broken on my doorstep, leaking glue all over the place and nobody seems to empathise, apologise or do anything professional about it.

I deeply regret spending £427.64 with this company where rude employees like Scott ruin an otherwise decent product that had been recommended to me.

Cannot recommend enough, very responsive, friendly and excellent throughout.

Wanted to commend David G. on his professional demeanour, efficiency and overall great personal skills and wanted to make sure this feedback makes its way here and to his Manager directly.

Each and one of us interact with professionals like your team every month and it is so easy to forget when something goes as expected, or seamlessly while effortless and it is only fair to make sure we don't forget and give credit where credit is due. With this, allow me to thank the Management for a job well done running the team and to David G for being so helpful and knowledgeable at a time when my family has so very little time and this is an important aspect to manage correctly and timely.
