Very well organised trip, Richard and Steph were great. Mark had a great knowledge of his subject. Hotel was fine, comfortable and with good service. Restaurant in the hotel provided good food at a reasonable cost. If sending a taxi though please amend the pick up location as the taxi could not access the bus station where you asked me to wait.

All my questions were answered and adjustments made to the policy. Process was very smooth.
