Normandy beaches

Very well organised trip, Richard and Steph were great. Mark had a great knowledge of his subject. Hotel was fine, comfortable and with good service. Restaurant in the hotel provided good food at a reasonable cost. If sending a taxi though please amend the pick up location as the taxi could not access the bus station where you asked me to wait.

Great Itinerary, BOTB single travelers

Leger staff were so friendly, drivers safe and smooth, Ben our guide was really knowledgeable and a great itinerary. Silver service really comfortable and a great bunch of guys on the coach made it excellent.

All Quiet on the Western Front

Amazing few days away learning about WW1. Our guide, Mark Allen was so knowledgeable and our drivers were also helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend Leger for a holiday. The transfers were so easy.

Valkenburg and Aachen.…

Very over rated the river cruise on the Rine wasn't worth the money the meal was very low standard with no refreshments unless you paid for them. My journey home was held up with the coach braking down on the M11 for over two hours waiting to be recovered with no refreshments offered finally arriving home by a taxi very unhappy very bad service and experience with Leger travel company I will do more research if I am to use them again not happy at all for my first holiday with Leger travel 😞

First solo holiday

This was my first solo holiday as a widow. I was extremely nervous and anxious but the care and service I received made this experience extremely enjoyable
Mark Allen's knowledge and passion for WW1 history shines through and makes everything come alive enabling you to learn through the eyes of those who gave everything for us to live.

The drivers were friendly

The drivers were friendly, knowledgeable and I would be happy to travel with them again. The days out were interesting I especially enjoyed Kilkenny. It was a lovely hotel and the staff could not do enough for you.
The only reason that I would not give it a 5 star was that on the first day we had a lot of waiting about.

The 2 Gary's who were our tour guides…

The 2 Gary's who were our tour guides were brilliant. The local guides we had in the Krakow ghetto and Auschwitz were very knowledgeable and answered everybody's questions. Very pleased we did this tour.

Great trip

Had a great holiday Donagal and wild Atlantic way in Ireland both hotels a were good and the food was an improvement to the carlow hotel were we stayed last year loved the luxuria coach although was surprised there was no WiFi slightly confused with the itinerary for the day in Dublin as the evening meal wasn't included and the itinerary said staying longer in Dublin so we could enjoy an evening meal only to be told we were being picked up at 4.30 pm to go back to the hotel but if we wanted to stay longer it would cost 40 euro in a taxi that was misleading and disappointing. We had Lisa and Paul who were great and a credit to leger and would hope to go away with them again

St Patrick’s week in Ireland with Leger

Celebrated St Patrick’s week in Donegal, Ireland. It was a fabulous experience. The coach was so spacious which made travelling around a pleasure. Lisa and Paul, our 2 drivers were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and kept us well informed throughout the trip. I would definitely use Leger holidays again, in fact we are booking another Irish trip for next year.

Sri Lanka

Although this was an overseas tour to Sri Lanka, with only 4 passengers, it was a delightful trip to see how other people live. My 101st country. It would have been better to know before hand that optional trips were in US$. I would have taken some if known. The country wants foreign currency. You can use ATM's to get their currency. Overall a pleasant trip.

I had a great time the host rich and steph are a lovely couple and marc the tour guide his knowledge was encyclopaedic and the hotel alize was 4star.you are on the coach a lot of the time so the only coach i would go on is the luxuria.

Although the trip was very much…

Although the trip was very much enjoyed, the experience with the company was not so much, this was a surprise trip for my husband’s special birthday, with a family member to meet him at the port as I surprise, although I informed the company on many occasions of this and to contact me via only, after months in the planning, they proceeded to send post to my husband about the trip! Also on way to the port, asked him
Where the other person on the booking was, although they were not even going to be on his coach as he was departing for the port in another part of the country. They totally ruined the surprise, be aware if you were going to do the same, communication is not great.

Our first Leger tour and it was a great experience. Travel worked well, hotel was great and tour guide worked tirelessly to keep everyone happy. Booking process was simple - costs more than booking everything yourself but you get to a time of life where you just want someone to do the thinking for you. We loved the holiday and have already booked our next one with Leger

I expected the Luxuria coach to have…

I expected the Luxuria coach to have w-fi and there was none. The journeys were very long. Got back on Sunday, had to spend hours in A&E yesterday and go back again this morning as DVT was suspected. Fortunately blood tests were ok but still need another appointment for a scan. There should be an option to fly or at least go by train so not sitting for 14 hours in a coach. The places we visited were nice and the staff were good.

Couldnt see any reason ti be taken to…

Couldnt see any reason to be taken to lech ... as nothing opened until 10am . Hard pushed to find a coffee shop . Eventually we did spend 2 hrs in there as no where else to go . Looked out of place as it's a ski resort . Felt Rushed the whole holiday . Take your own travel kettle etc as nothing in the rooms .Roads were all very clear although lots of snow didn't affect the journey . Colmer very pretty place need more time in these places . Take a bus up to the castle €5 euros return . Horse & carriage €12 up & €4 down
There is a little walk when you get off the bus .up hill coming back I found this hard ,
Coffee & Gift in castle .
Again rushed as I'm sure Drivers didn't want get caught in traffic ( Never any traffic ????)
