Overpriced and underwhelming

Just been to a Coldplay by Candle light concert and have to say I was so disappointed . The musicians lacked any energy or performance skills - and one was definitely out of tune . The staging (in a church) was poor and meant that unless you had an aisle seat you saw nothing - not even the candles as they were all at floor level . I feel we got extremely poor value for money as we paid £25 plus booking fee per ticket to sit 2 rows from the back ( apparently silver level ) for just one hour of music in our local church - which reminded me of school concerts rather than a professional ‘atmospheric experience ‘

Great products and excellent customer service

The items I ordered were fabulous and excellent value - everything arrived beautifully packaged and a small issue with one item being damaged was dealt with superbly in a very quick time. Will definitely use again and again!

Why are they sending out fake order…

Why are they sending out fake order emails ? I have received emails telling me my order - which I have never placed - is on its way. The tracking number is unrecognised by EVRI - I have not placed an order. Perhaps they want me to call them on their premium rate number to try to sort this out ? Please steer clear - and advise any vulnerable/ elderly friends and relatives to be on their guard as they are presumably their likely targets for this dreadful behaviour.

Just brilliant

Just brilliant - did exactly what they said they would do and at a really competitive price ( which worried me slightly as they were so
much cheaper than my trusted local
Builders merchants ) Have never used them before - but they are now permanently in my list of preferred suppliers . No hesitation in recommending them

Just brilliant from start to finish

Just brilliant from start to finish! Arranged a pick up and drop off at very short notice and it all worked exactly as I needed. Communication via online chat was amazing ( and I did need quite a bit of reassurance !) Worth every penny for peace of mind. Would definitely recommend.

What has happened ?!!

Something is going horribly wrong here - items I have returned ( because they sent me duplicates in error) are not being credited and payments I have made are not showing on my account even when the money has been taken. The online chat facility is pointless as no-one can look into any accounts. Emails take ages to reply to but then are not followed through with any correction of the errors. I have shopped with next for decades, with no problem - and clearly they are under incredible strain and simply not coping. Suggest they shut up shop until such time as they can handle things in their normal way or they will be badly damaging their brand. Do not recommend shopping there right now.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY - WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN .

I cannot believe this is happening - I guess I am one of the lucky ones - I have only handed over £25 for a handbag - which I know I will never receive . This is appalling - they are still taking orders and yet nothing , as far as I can see from their reviews and their facebook page comments, is being sent out. It surely is criminal to do this. A much loved brand which is now just ripping people off.

Could do a bit better

Customer service is excellent . Some quality issues with quite a few items over the years - fabric flimsy, sizing unpredictable . Very little competition in this market - which is a shame . Sometimes I feel I buy from them simply because I have no choice ! overall positive experience- but could do better .

very quick delivery, but at 3 GBP it does add significantly to the cost of these lovely gloves. Beautifully made and a joy to wear
