Ciprian was super helpful. It all got a bit confusing as the job was somehow cancelled by Gophr and then was re-established - thank goodness. Ciprian carried all the boxes to his car and even made friends with my dogs - what a lovely man - thank you!!

Pawfit.....best on the market. I have been through 3 other brands of tracker to get here ....and a lot of conversations with Chat GPT!
All I wanted was a tracker that could tell me where my dogs had been on their walk, how far they went and find them if they ran off or disappeared down a hole! PitPat didn't respond fast enough so I had no idea where they were when I couldn't see them. Tractive had one choice ....wear it all the time, which I didn't want to do and certainly didn't need when the dogs were at home, or we give you no information at all....and the dog walks we went to in the car had the car journeys added....and we're not editable to made no sense!
Weenect were the same as Tractive, although they gave info straight away there is no way to "start a walk" or separate a time when you are going for a walk so you can only see what the dogs are doing all day....most of which you know as they are lying at your feet!!!!
Pawfit has given me EXACTLY what I need, immediately....thank goodness for Pawfit!!!

I am amazed that the Oak Guys haven't had any reviews - I have bought product from them for over a year now and never been disappointed. Shelves, window boards, fire surrounds even oak beams - their work is amazing and the quality of the oak they use is superb.
They are communicative, proactive and check everything to ensure complete customer satisfaction - I would recommend them to anyone - and I am SUPER fussy ;)

If I could give less than 1 star I would - but one can't! I crafted a bespoke desk with SitStand.com and it was a YoYo desk. YoYo contacted me, first they said it would be delivered the following week - then they said it would be longer as they didn't realise it was bespoke. It was rescheduled for Monday 1 July - at 17:20 on Friday 30 June I was phoned to say that the delivery company hadn't realised the desk was so big and it couldn't be delivered on Monday. By this stage I had taken the office to bits ready for the install. When I said that they had committed to a delivery they said they would come back to me. I was then called by a belligerent chap who was in charge of logistics and basically said I would have to wait for the delivery. When I asked why the courier company hadn't been informed of the size of the desk I was told some investigation would happen and he would be back in touch with me on Monday.
He wasn't - Kelly, from YoYo emailed me to say that the desk would now be delivered on Wednesday - I presumed she meant this Wednesday but when they hadn't turned up I went back to the email and it turns out it is NEXT Wednesday....so I will have to wait a week and a half for the install. Terrible communication, terrible service, no recompense at all - they offered me a cable tray and cable management tube in compensation - I refused pointing out that had I wanted those things I would have ordered them in the first place.
This desk and chair has cost me £3200 - the chair hasn't arrived as it was supposed to on Tuesday - and I have had no update, the desk is delayed because they didn't realise it was so big - despite the fact that it was a bespoke order.
Like I say - terrible terrible terrible......
