Butikken var bare lukket uden videre i minimum 20 min midt på dagen, ca. kl. 13, .fordi butiksperson skulle køre i bil langt væk for at købe frokost. Spild af tid, når man skal hente og møder op til det

Helt af h til. Pakke forsinket af post nord årsag alene. Kvindelig medarbejder på opkald torsdag og fredag var meget venlig og professionel. Medarbejder sebastian på opkald lørdag aldeles uforskammet, mente bl.a. ikke at han kunne finde pakke ud fra tlf.nr med henvisning til gdpr, måtte forklare at det var et helt uforståeligt argument, hvor er det personfølsomme og at jeg jo i øvrigt gav samtykke. Medarbejder Andreas samtale i går også meget ubehjælpsom, kunne/ville ikke gøre noget som helst med en nu meget forsinket pakke. Havde jo oplevet med hvad der kunne lade sig gøre og hvad en hjælpsom med arbejdet kan. Uforståeligt

Overbooking bad experience
we had a Very bad experience with air serbia. We had a stop in belgrade for 45 minutes for a flight from Copenhagen to athens. In belgrade we were denied boarding and had to wait 12 hours for next plane in the night. According to Airline representative p. Jovanovic sco 1350 it was due to overbooking. We were driven to a hotel without further notice. We asked for kompensation or rebooking but were told that Nothing was possible. After a long debate we were presented with a booklet of guestrights. But were given no further advice. We complained, very difficult on web page. Our reference is 4407 and 4404. Tickets 1155768502793, 1155768502794, 1155768502795 booking. According to eu-regulations we are entitled to 400 euro each for this overbooking delay. We are waiting for further answers.
We can definitely not recommend this company. Go for something else if you want a decent treatment.

Very bad and irresponsible customerservice in Tripair Greece.
We received an URGENT message 9 januar 2018 about changes in flight-schedule in july 2018 to Skiros. Replied 10 january well before last date 18 january.We suggested other dates, but did not hear from them.
We phoned 3 times, and were told everytime that we would just have to wait. No specific reply, but very hard pressed they said maybe february, but no guarantees..
Now we are on a very small plane, so tickets may be sold out in high season july. So we are quite worried
Very, very unsatisfying, and can not recommend this company.
14.2. We did e-mail Tripair several days ago, still nothing has happened. Very disappointing.
