I made an error and had selected the wrong postcode for my delivery. I contacted the diamond store immediately via email and WhatsApp and they confirmed address had been amended. This wasn’t updated by DPD who attempted to deliver to wrong address . The first I knew was when I received the you were not at home message. I contacted again and was advised that address had been changed and delivery would be attempted again . This didn’t happen the next day so I messaged again and received parcel on Friday 20/3. What confused things was there were 3 tracking numbers on the DPD app, one is still in there today?
