I have been a loyal customer from the very beginning, building up my range as I could afford it, but sadly my latest experience has completely put me off. I had saved up and spent £375.00 on a real treat for myself, ordering on 6th April 2025.

On 8th April, Evri advised there was a delay and asked me to wait for an update. After a week with no progress, I chased it up, only to be told the parcel was lost and a replacement would be sent. However, the exact same thing happened again — Evri reported another delay, and I was later informed that the second order was also lost.

Despite repeated emails chasing this up, the situation has still not been resolved. I have now had to ask for a refund. After being a loyal customer for so long, this has been a truly disappointing experience.

My second pair of lenses

My second pair of lenses. I am really pleased my prescription seems better with the upgrade in varifocal standard. My previous one being a high street prescription, that I was struggling with. Great service, pity about the Royal Mail messing up the delivery it took 5 days as a result.

Used the test to return to Italy. No problems fast, efficient and easy to use. Certificate through within an hour
Much better than the other tests I used to enter the UK. Which were slow and expensive. I would certainly recommend and use them again.

Can't praise them enough

Can't praise them enough. Moved from UK to Italy. From first contact to delivery they were efficient helpful detailed. In all the years we have moved this was by far best experience we have had. The packers were professional and extremely efficient. No damage what so ever. The collection and delivery were on time. Even in these unpredictable times with Covid they adapted and provided a top service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again highly recommend them. Well done all the team at Abel's!!! Thank you
