My name is Alan, and on the 5/08/26 I had an mobile mechanic booked. Lee was great, very helpful and polite, good knowledge of the vehicle and explained everything really well, an asset to the RAC. He also changed my key fob battery.

Ray arrived promptly as planned and worked through his routine to service the car. This was a first for us as the vehicle was always serviced by the main dealer from new for 19 years. Very good to see the work done and any explanations for any additional requirements.
Very much hope to see him again.

Fantastic experience. I've never used a mobile mechanic before so I didn't know what to expect. The chap gave me a courtesy call the day before to make sure his estimated arrival time was okay with me as it was an early one. I was also given a heads up when he was on his way, which was a nice touch. When he arrived he was extremely personable and gave me solid advice on the work I'd requested. He even saved me a little as one of the jobs didn't need doing (I'd made a mistake thinking something was needed when it wasn't) which was extremely honest of him; I appreciated that. The work was completed quickly and efficiently too. The mechanic was professional, friendly and good at his job. He's a credit to the RAC and the whole experience in general was smooth and the price competitive. I'd absolutely recommend the mobile service and will be using them for any future work. Highly recommend. Oh, the booking process was also a piece of cake.

It's a bit of a revelation to have a service done in your work's car park but Rob from RAC mobile mechanics did it in record time and with no fuss whatsoever. Thank you so much.

Overall, the mechanic that came and serviced my car was very polite very professional, the only negative which is one that I have, is that he was delayed which I can understand, but he did inform me the office was supposed to ring me to let me know that he had been delayed as he didn’t arrive until 1730 no complaints about the mechanic my complaint is about the office staff. He did not inform me of the delay as I did think he was not gonna turn up at all.

Lionel was super efficient. Changed the battery, checked everything else and also overcame a surprise challenge of the lever to open the bonnet failing to work!

I took time out of work to maje sure they had everthing they needed for my alternator change on my Transporter as i needed the van on the road as soon as possible. The mechanic turned up and immediately said he couldnt do it because of the AC even though my quote stated my van had AC. What a waste of everyones time! I complained and asked for my wasted time to be compensated. Zero response so they can have a very poor review now. Take to your local garage unless you have time to waste.

The Mechanic communicated very well and arrived when expected. He was friendly and helpful. He clearly explained the work he had carried out and advised on a gear box issue I had. I had a full service which cost me less than if I had taken my car to a garage. Excellent value for money

Service mechanic got to property when said and was very professional and informative.

Good communication from start to finish of appointment and worked continueslly on a hot day. Advised me that rear disks did not need changing and final charge less than anticipated.

It was an easy process from booking my service date on your website to the final service. I was kept abreast of things and my mechanic texted when he was on the way.
