Great company to deal with

Great experience from ordering to goods arriving. The man that delivered was so pleasant and helpful and went out of his way to help with heavy items, a real credit to the company.

Placed an order for Solo Card Machine…

Placed an order for Solo Card Machine that was on offer. After two weeks, still not arrivied.Been trying to contact since via webchat, 4 emails and phone for over a week, can't get through to anyone. Completely ignored.
Have received invoice by email, but no SMS or emails regarding delivery. Website says delivery within 2-3 days.

It could happen that delays can be experienced for different reasons, for example, if there is an issue with locating your address or if there has been an issue with processing your order on our system.

flowers were wonderfull

flowers were wonderfull, but was badly let down by the couriers that thought it was great just the leave them by the side of a gate without ringing the gate door bell or try to make any contact. Then the gift card was missing so my wife had no idea who they were from. not a good start to using this company.

Thank you for this information regarding your delivery, Feedback of this nature will be fed back to our delivery company to ensure this does not happen again.

We are sorry to hear that the card message was not included with the flowers. For our courier delivered items, the card messages are included within the packaging. We have found that on rare occasions where customers have reported this missing, it has slipped behind the cardboard flaps within the box. We hope this is found safely.

form a sellers point of view Ebid is just as good as Ebay but i just wish it got more traffic which would mean higher sales. Selling fees are much lower which is a bonus and why i have stuck with Ebid long term.
