Difficulty in obtaining refunds
I’m really disappointed and won’t be using EverUp again. As many previous customers have mentioned, getting a refund is extremely difficult.
I requested a refund for my B&Q gift card after discovering it can’t be used for third-party sellers. The process has been frustrating, with unnecessary hoops to jump through just to try and resolve the issue.
What feels especially unfair is the apparent inconsistency in EverUp’s refund policy. Some customers seem to receive refunds without issue, while others are refused. That lack of transparency and consistency is incredibly disappointing and undermines trust!!!

In general, obtaining a refund for a gift card is often complex. Whether a refund can be granted depends primarily on the individual brand’s policy, as the funds are issued and controlled by the retailer. Each brand applies its own rules, which means some refunds can be processed quickly, while others may require additional checks or may not be possible at all.
Gift cards are typically treated as branded monetary value and, once purchased, are usually non-refundable. This is outlined in our Terms and Conditions and reflects standard industry practice. For this reason, we always recommend reviewing the brand’s specific terms — including any restrictions on usage or refunds — before completing a purchase.

Absolutely love this app
Absolutely love this app . I found out about it off a blogger I follow and decided to give it a go and I’ve never looked back . It’s slowly helping me gain some savings in my savings account . I use it to get gift cards for my weekly food shop and it’s been a saving grace . Literally money back in my pocket . Once I reach £10 I transfer it straight out and in to my savings account . Super easy to follow and navigate app . The money really adds up over the year . Would recommend to everyone .

Keep showing an error in displaying gift card
I bought a gift card from SportsDirect.com via Everup App. The payment was successfully made. Everup App redirected to another screen, but it could not display the gift card. And, the screen showed a message "We're sorry we could not display your gift card. We're having trouble displaying..."
I finally paid SportsDirect with cash. And, I have been waiting for 5 hours, and the problem is still unresolved.

Super easy & 100% worth it.

Disgraceful customer service
Disgraceful customer service. Bought £50 voucher for Christmas for Waterstones. Vouchers didn’t work. Contacted Waterstones who told us vouchers have 0 balance and haven’t been loaded correctly. Everup haven’t given us a refund. They just say they’re waiting to hear from Waterstones. One phone call could clear it up but here we are a week on. They’ve ruined Christmas by not sorting this out as we gifted the voucher which was rejected in store. Still haven’t received a refund which should have been instant or compensation for the embarrassing situation.

Gift card didn’t work and for days later still no resolution
I was having a good experience with this app. Then I purchased a B&M gift card for a decent amount of money and the gift card isn’t working. It’s nearly four days now and still the gift card isn’t working and my refund request hasn’t been actioned. I keep being thanked for my patience when I need either the gift card or the refund.
Lost all confidence in the app now and don’t feel I can continue to use it for other purchases when my money could be lost for days on end.
