The drivers were friendly

The drivers were friendly, knowledgeable and I would be happy to travel with them again. The days out were interesting I especially enjoyed Kilkenny. It was a lovely hotel and the staff could not do enough for you.
The only reason that I would not give it a 5 star was that on the first day we had a lot of waiting about.

Zundert Flower Parade

Unfortunately, this holiday has not been up to the standards that we have previously received from yourselves. A number of factors have contributed to this.
• The taxi that picked us up from home, left us outside at Ferrybridge Services at 5am, driving off and leaving us to wait for the coach, that did not arrive for another 10 minutes. This coach was comfy, they had allocated us our seats, which we were not expecting and was a pleasant surprise. The drivers were extremely informative, giving us regular updates.
• At stop 24 we changed coaches, and boarded a coach that we were informed was only a month old. The Coach extremely uncomfortable, it was very cramped with no much room between seats, the charging points did not work, it had no foot rests and squeaked whenever it was moving, the drivers were always the last to arrive at the coach in the mornings, no hot drinks were made throughout the trip.
• We were given no information from the drivers about where we were going and what we could expect from the trip. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we had to take our own cases up to our rooms (we were of the belief, as this has always happened when traveling with Ledger, that cases were taken to your room). The following day we were taken to The Hague, dropped off and given a return time, we were not told about its history, or places of interest, or where was good to visit. In the afternoon we visited Delft, again we were dropped off in a hotel car park, told what time to return, we were not even told which way to walk to get to the town centre. On previous trips, the drivers have always given us a phone number that we could use to contact them in case of emergencies, again this did not happen and when a couple of people got extremely lost, they had no way of contacting anyone and had to contact Ledger.
However, whilst I have pointed out a number of issues, they did not take the shine off what was a lovely weekend. The Zundert Flower Parade was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.

Be careful when booking

We have just booked The Picture Book Norway holiday with Ledger. As an addition to the holiday we booked The Norway in a Nutshell trip. Which we were told we would have to pay for at the time of booking. This was advertised on the website as £127 per person. However when our invoice arrived I noticed that we had been charged £160 per person for this trip. When I contacted them to question this I was informed that they can charge this as they say that it is from £127. I think that this is extremely misleading.

Mixed experience

Whilst both of the items that I ordered arrived on time, one of the items did not fit, I returned this on 28th April and am still waiting for a refund.

They could not have done more to help me after having an issue that occurred, which was not there fault, they sorted the problem and did it with a professional polite approach. Thank you
