No delievry no update. Called several times and got cut off twice, they put me on hold then the line went dead. Then called again and the call didn't even ring. Tried messaging in fb, no response. Its appalling. Never be using it again. Hope to get my money back but not much.

Iosh is expensive to be a member of. The three assessments which has to be completed before renewal is that stupid I can't understand how they actually relate to health and safety. It's more related to DEI. The questions and answers are at times odd and this time round there was module to go through before the assessments. Then when I tried to pay the renewal the website crashed. I wished I didn't have to have membership for my job
