I bought an IT case 9 months ago. After 2 trips one of the wheels came off in transit. Although the case had a 10 year guarantee IT were not interested as their terms exclude airport and airline damage. What is the point of providing a warranty that excludes the main purpose of luggage. If their cases can’t stand up to 2 trips then they are not fit for purpose

Hi, we are so sorry about this. Unfortunately, airline/3rd party damage is specifically excluded from our warranty. We are always happy to assist you with a letter to claim with the airline for this.
