My company has unfortunately vested my stock options with Shareworks (Morgan Stanley), but I have never managed to access my account. They have asked me to activate my account and create my credentials, which I did. However, it is impossible to access my account, even though the details are correct. They have blocked everything, and the only channel to contact their support is via phone. I have called them, but they were unable to assist.

I have no complains at all about Starling. It's an amazing bank. The only thing I need is to be able to receive money from my Google Adsense account, and I am not sure in the moment if it is possible through Starling.
