This company is an absolute scammer do not buy from them avoid!!

I purchased the Country Garden for Mothers Day for my mum weeks in advance of the day. For starters the flowers turned up when the day was nearly over and what arrived was not what I ordered! They sent 3 white roses and 3 stems of cheap chrysanthemum stems and a cheap plastic butterfly and a wooden stick!! I got in touch to say this is the wrong order. Kyle responded saying no it’s right you ordered Florist Choice now I know I didn’t because you end up getting the scraps I know I ordered country garden and told him to send me a copy of the invoice. HE DIDNT AND HASNT DONE TO DATE DESPITE MY ASKING 10 TIMES!
The next day I visit my mum and two of the roses are DEAD already I take the photos and send the to Kyle who comes up with an excuse of send a birdseye photo I replied saying birdseye won’t show the flowers drooping and dead and the leaves on the chrysanthemums are brown but he said he needed it so I took photos from all angles I’ve now sent about 15 photos showing dead flowers from all angles. Today Amelia has said there’s nothing wrong with them apparently Amelia can’t tell when a rose is dead and can’t see brown leaves on stems! I point out to her the issues and request a copy of the order again. Amelia responded with a 50% off voucher I kindly explained no way in hell would I want free flowers never mind pay them
anymore money for poor quality flowers her response was fine and closed off the ticket! This company is nothing but a scam they don’t do the bouquets they outsource to a cheap place like interflora and they don’t tell you that and secondly they send you whatever they want and the a blind eye to dead flowers do not use them if I had seen this bad reviews before ordering I would have gone the local supermarket for better value just avoid they’re horrible!

Please avoid

I sold collectors items books on Vinted in SEPTEMBER, the buyer chose Royal Mail as the courier. I’d wrapped the items in tissue paper then in bubble wrap before encasing the box in bubble wrap again to protect all of it. I also put huge stickers on the box marking fragile. The buyer received the items and reported to me the books had been damaged in transit. The box had a big dent inside it looked like someone had booted it! I reported the issue to the claims department at Royal Mail on 1st October I got a reply saying it would take 30 days to investigate and come back to me it’s now been 90 days and I’m still without compensation while the buyer had her money refunded I’m sat here now with no money and damaged books I can’t sell anymore thanks to the behaviour of a member of their staff and they’ve done nothing shocking company please avoid they’re utterly useless

Avoid terrible service and conduct

This company ignored my issue at the outset which was another medical supplier had given me two months of the same dose of medication in error and the second dose hadn’t worked. ASDA online refused to adhere to this and insisted I have a third treatment on the same dose! I had no option but to go ahead as I needed my medication but it didn’t work like I knew it wouldn’t I told them repeatedly it wasn’t working they ignored me. I’ve asked for a refund and they’ve refused saying they wee following guidelines but they’re guidelines not rules and everyone’s case is different and should be assessed as such and I shouldn’t have been given a third month on the same dose this has wasted £160 of my hard earned money and despite my telling them they’ve failed to adhere the Consumer Credit Act 2015 for providing goods that didn’t work they’ve ignored me and refused to refund me meaning the only way I can get my money is to issue proceedings for breach awful company avoid

I was working away from home for a few…

I was working away from home for a few days rather than take bottles of supplements I thought these would save space in the case and took them with me. As i don’t want them on show at work i put them on my tummy in the morning, when I got back to the hotel in the evening i ran a bath and soaked them in the bath water for about half an hour, I went to peel them off and the pain was awful, these patches left red raw welts! I emailed them and showed them the photos they gave me a refund, 4 weeks on ive still got these welts the patches caused me their email said don’t waste them pass them on erm so it can happen to a family member or friend? Use with caution I’ve now welts in 4 places on my tummy they flare up when I shower or bathe despite my applying sudocrem to protect my skin I will not use them again and they’ve gone in the bin! Zero care from Kind despite knowing the damage they’ve caused! UPDATE Since notifying the company of the damage to my skin and sending them photos they’re now not communicating after promising they would this is a shocking company who have no customer care skills, once you’ve proven the damage caused they run just a bunch of cowboys!!

I can’t believe I’m writing this but…

I can’t believe I’m writing this but here is my situation. A “buyer” purchased some expensive books from me they originally asked if I would reserve them and I declined due to the value and being let down so many times and Vinted doing nothing about it. She said she understood and I said if the books were still available by Wednesday I would agree her £30 off offer, she thanked me for being so kind! Hours later I’m woken by my phone and I check and it’s Vinted saying this buyer who has no money for 5 days has just bought them I thought that can’t be right. But I checked and she had saying she had just sold items on eBay to pay for it now I’m on eBay and a trusted seller even I don’t get paid immediately you have to dispatch them then you get paid a day or two later no way would she have the money there I was concerned but had to go with the sale. She chose Royal Mail who are shocking but again I did as asked. I carefully wrapped each book with tissue paper and bubble wrap and wrapped the whole in more bubble wrap. I also sent a bag full of freebies which were also fragile. I packed in a heavy duty box and heavy packing tape I even put a huge fragile sticker next to the label! The parcel arrived Wednesday I had not heard from the buyer so I contacted her first to say it had arrived and hope all ok as I usually do with customers. She replied sometime later claiming Royal Mail had dented the box and the books which were heavily wrapped were damaged!! No mention of the freebies being damaged no just the expensive items!! I contacted Royal Mail and Vinted immediately, Royal Mail said they take 30 days!! That gives the buyer plenty of time to damage and do whatever they want for a refund! I reported to Vinted who did nothing till Friday meaning she had two days to do whatever she wanted to these beautiful books to get a refund! I submitted all the proof to Vinted for the buyer being fraudulent they so they would speak to Royal Mail a few hours later they message me saying I’m at fault! Erm no I didn’t damage the box or the books I didn’t choose the courier and I didn’t take days to respond to the issue giving her plenty of time to damage them and send photos! They’ve given the buyer a full refund and she’s got the items how the hell does that work?! I didn’t do anything wrong and have no money and not even the items back someone tell me how is this fair!!

I don’t know what it is about companies…

I don’t know what it is about companies lately but it just seems they want to shaft you! Here’s another one, purchased their product tried it 4 days in a row the product NEVER dissolved no matter how many different ways I tried it was like drinking glue! After throwing up I decided I wasn’t touching it again but they emailed me for a review their website is full of testimonials how great it is I was honest and said how bad it was now I thought I had cancelled the subscription at the same time I’m positive because I remember thinking no way am I paying for this again! Early hours of this morning my phone pings they’ve taken money from my account! I emailed them straightaway now fully awake telling them not to touch my account give my money back I’m ignored and a couple of hours later at 5am they’ve dispatched the unwanted item!! I’ve emailed them all day telling them to put the money back it’s for bills they’ve just got round to it now at 6pm saying it’s too late! This is one of those scamming companies who “dispatch” outside of waking hours knowing full well you can’t do anything about it because “conveniently” they don’t have a customer service team working whilst they’re “dispatching” so they’re getting away with taking your money and there’s nothing you can do now I’ve got to wait for this rubbish product to arrive and send it back at cost to me before I get my money!! Shocking way of doing business and I’m fed up of these companies doing this working outside of normal hours and not providing customer support at the same time as it’s so easy to take your money and ignore all the problems!

Scammers!!!

I hadn’t heard of this company before but when scrolling Instagram one night their ad came up for games consoles I went to the website which looked legit and said returns and full refunds given if not happy I spent £266 on two consoles for my husband and son I got up to date emails during transit and thought they were legit then they came and they look like they’d charge £5 on Temu and they don’t work!!!! I’ve been emailing, messaging on social media for two weeks now trying to sort returns and a refund and they won’t respond absolute scammers!!!

I’ve been using their supplements for 6…

I’ve been using their supplements for 6 months and noticed no difference for having taken them! Yesterday (Sunday) they took money from my account which I needed for travelling to a job they left me with a zero balance I emailed them straightaway telling them to stop the order and cancel which they ignored and continued to take the money and send the order I didn’t want they then send a blase email in the evening saying we don’t work Sundays so didn’t read your email! It’s funny how they “work” to take your money and send an order out on a Sunday but not work to rectify an issue and refund a customer! I’ve cancelled my subscriptions now and will go elsewhere thanks for leaving me with zero funds in my account for travel/food for working in a town hundreds of miles from home!

Avoid scammers

Having been let down by my current provider for injections I turned to these who are unfortunately just as bad! At no time of ordering and paying did they say they had a backlog only after I paid did they say! I emailed them right away telling them to cancel and refund me I’ve heard nothing since it’s been 5 days I’ve messaged them everyday and nothing do not use avoid!!!!!

Avoid this company like others have…

Avoid this company like others have said the questionnaire only allows for the 2.5mg dose injection. When I disputed this dose being repeated on the second month they blamed me for it! And did nothing about it! I’ve put in a formal complaint a month ago still waiting on that reply! One dr called me once they let my phone ring I answered they mumbled hello then put the phone down! My third injection I ordered a month ago and it’s still not here considering this is a weekly treatment to not have it for a month they have ruined my weight loss program! I’ve just emailed them again today to chase answers and been told by Rhianna she’s happy to help but then doesn’t help me and accused me of abuse which I certainly have not it’s a smokescreen to not deal with the issue and my demand of 3 months refund seeing as I’ll have to start my weight loss journey all over again with someone else avoid this company they are grossly negligent to customers who need their treatment delivered on time. I’ve given up and will take them to small claims court they can their unhelpful agent Rhianna for that!

So I was using my Shark Hairdryer…

So I was using my Shark Hairdryer Saturday night, I barely use it choosing to let my hair dry naturally. The hairdryer still looks new. Whilst using it, it suddenly stopped, thinking my had hand knocked the power settings I went to turn it to see if I had when it then suddenly started again and just as quickly blew up with sparks and flames that landed on me, my bedding and the dog who sat by me! My left hand was scorched and black I ran it under cold water but it’s throbbing and stayed black for 3 days. The hairdryer has a massive whole from the blast, I’m now without a hairdryer and go away in two days. I reported it to Shark immediately the auto response said it would response in 24 hours they didn’t respond until Monday night and were far more concerned with wanting me to confirm if I was claiming injury rather than the broke hairdryer! It wasn’t till I told them I had three years to decide if I wanted to claim injury and that they had to deal with the hairdryer that they stopped with their P.I questioning. They’re now refusing to deal with the hairdryer because I can’t find the receipt I’ve given them everything I have the reg number on the product and the qr codes on the item and still they won’t do anything but demand the receipt I will never use this company again what an absolute shit show you spend £200 in hairdryer that can’t last a year if barely any use and when it blows up the company hides behind emails and thinks they’ve got out of dealing with it because the receipt isn’t there!

Unfortunately I ordered a wedding…

Unfortunately I ordered a wedding outfit from Coast on Tuesday having been let down by another retailer, I paid £10 for next day delivery, Wednesday comes no dress, Thursday at 5pm I’m told by DPD in an email they tried to deliver at 10am I work from home and have CCTV NO ONE CAME TO THE PROPERTY from 8:45 to 12noon! I call them and you’re put through to an Indian call centre who don’t care and don’t understand anything they said coast didn’t put the house number on so they can’t deliver I said this was different to their email which said attempted at 10am she said she couldn’t do anything Coast need to tell them the house number. I asked what was the point in putting the parcel in the van if no intention of delivery she couldn’t answer I said it’s gone through about 5 checks before it gets to the van so why let it get that far? I said needed the dress for a wedding the NEXT DAY they wouldn’t help out fit not arrived and I’ve had to pretend I’m sick and can’t go the wedding disgraceful service from both Coast and DPD who have done ZERO to help!!!

Ordered an outfit Tuesday for a wedding after another retailer let me down I paid £10 extra for next day delivery. It wasn’t delivered the next day. Thursday and I get a message from DPD saying they tried to deliver at 10am. I work from home I was home and no one tried to deliver I also have CCTV and checks and no one came to the house from 9am to 12noon! I called DPD who were no help they refused to talk to me and said that was because Coast had NOT put my house number on the parcel so they can’t deliver it! The wedding is tomorrow and I have no outfit! You can’t call Coast only text/whatsapp and messenger I’ve contacted them on all three and NOTHING not a single response!! Avoid them and DPD!
This company has NO shame! Look at the lying response below, stating they did put the house number on! Clearly not because DPD say so, I couldn’t arrange re delivery because they didn’t have the full address and would t take it off me if you’re going to respond so it with honesty instead of lying through your back teeth I didn’t go to a wedding because your service was utter crap! You didn’t respond to my issue in 72 hours it was 4 days and counting and 72 hours is too late when the wedding was before your 72 hours! You’re a lying disgrace!

My husband ordered me the Feeling Good…

My husband ordered me the Feeling Good jumpsuit for a wedding on arrival it fit everywhere bar the chest the description of the item said it had stretch in the material but there is none, I checked my measurements against their size guide before ordering so it should have fit across the chest. I contacted their customer services their website says you can try before you buy, as I was concerned the next size up will be too big in the body I asked customer service agent Doris who refused this request and said I couldn’t even request an exchange she said I had to return the first one and do a new purchase for the next size this jumpsuit is £185 so I had to go return the first one and we’ve spent another £185 on the next size up…..a few hours later we get an email to say the jumpsuit we have now spent nearly £400 on is in the sale with £85 off! They were well aware when telling us to spend another £185 that this item was going into the sale that day and still they took advantage and had us paying the full amount again! Also beware they don’t pay for returns!!! We don’t have money to burn and waste like this, the outfit was for a special occasion but has so far been a nightmare and a very expensive one at that I won’t shop here again non existent customer service and underhand tactics to get more money from customers

I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could! Ordered lots for Christmas each order had either missing or damaged items. I’ve just found out how to report these issues on the website and did so for each one. Shein have responded only offering a refund on one! There is also an issue with an order that hasn’t arrived despite my paying expedited shipping they waited 10 days to complete the order it’s items clearly needed BEFORE the day that I now no longer need and Cammile the agent is refusing to refund me I’ve spent hundreds at Shein and never reported the issues before now even though I’ve had an issue plenty of times but having figured out now how to raise a ticket I’ve done it on this occasion and they’re doing nothing about it. A child’s toy turned up broke, do I get a refund nope not according to Shein! 4 pet toys broken on opening had to quickly pick the pieces up and throw in bin before pets got them do I get a refund nope not according to Shein just scammers!

This shoddy company were instructed to…

This shoddy company were instructed to recover the debt of a family member. They undertook NO checks to ascertain their correct address and issued proceedings on my mother’s address. The person had not lived with her for some 9 years!!! He leaves debt everywhere he goes he gives out my mother’s address but he can be quickly found on electoral roll search, which they couldn’t be bothered to do! So my elderly mother gets the proceedings at her house, my mother has never had debt always pays her bills on time the threat of bailiffs terrified her she called this shoddy company and said she would pay it so as to avoid the bailiffs. No affordability or vulnerability checks were done. My mother paid this debt with her saving stage had set aside for her funeral so she would not be a burden to her family! After weeks of not being able to eat/sleep and leave the house she finally confided in me what had happened she had kept it quiet from the family so as not to cause worry and went through all this stress by herself! They knowingly took money from an old lady, it wasn’t her debt and their attitude on receiving our complaint of their handling has been nothing short of rude/cold hearted unprofessionalism they stand by the fact that they have taken the money from her and are proud in their work! How they sleep at night I’ve no idea! I’d give no stars if I could I am going to report them to the Legal Ombudsman now!

Ordered the Matilda cake last minute as…

Ordered the Matilda cake last minute as let down by original cake maker. Arrived on time and was very well packaged. However the size was very small it’s supposed to be for 16 but even just giving 4 small thin slices to people there’s half a cake left no way is it for 16!! The sponge is moist however there was a gritty texture to it like the sugar had not dissolved and the icing on the outside tasted like cheap chocolate you get from a market when you were little, not nice at all. A lot of money for what we got. Not bothered complaining as people say they need the cake back but you don’t know how the cake will be till you taste it so it’s impossible for a refund.

Awful experience they were the second…

Awful experience they were the second broker I tried for a loan after the first broker gave me cause for concern.

Becky Fletcher dealt with my application nice and friendly at first she contacted the same finance company as the first broker to check how my first application went the finance company said they had not had my application from the first one and that I should put my application through with a Lendle that all my documents were in order and no reason for rejection. The person she spoke to was a Regional Manager so we assumed it would be good to go.

My case was then referred to Kieran Burke who was unhelpful and never kept me informed of anything. I next heard from Becky again saying shockingly my application was turned down! She went on to say that the finance company also would not give them the reason why and I should go and ask them myself! I asked why had the Manager of the finance company approved my application then only for it to be declined she just said she didn’t know and I was basically left to sort out the why myself!

I approached the finance company with the reason the first broker gave me and asked if this was true they it wasn’t but that they had given the broker the reason why and I was to get it off them!

The first broker says they have given me the reason why and they don’t know why the finance company have said it’s wrong!

I’ve wasted two months of my life spending money to get documents over to them and time only to be messed about and lied to by all three I’m now having to report them to the Ombudsman the regulations state I’m entitled to an Adverse Action Letter and not one of these companies will stand up and tell me why I was rejected it’s disgusting!

I have just had the unpleasant…

I have just had the unpleasant experience of dealing with this company. I made an application with them via a broker. They told that Broker becasue I had COVID through visiting my dad in the stroke ward that I my application was turned down.

As I was dubious about this reason as it was beyond my control I sought second advice from a different broker they said the rejection reason didn’t sound right I sent them the email proof from the first broker.

The second broker approached a regional manager Hannah Messham to review my file, they told the second broker that the first broker never saw the application through for me and that the broker withdrew my application they never declined it! Hannah told the second broker all I had to do was get a letter from my employer saying I was back in work full time and no issues - I got them three letters one confirming I was back in work, another confirming I had a 12% payrise in that same month I had Covid ans another confirming my contractual hours etc.

The second broker submitted my application confident it was going to be accepted as Hannah had approved all my documents. Imagine our surprise to find the application was rejected! When the second broker asked why Equifinance REFUSED saying they had told the first broker why! We wrote back stating that Hannah had advised the first application was withdrawn not declined and that the reason the first broker gave Hanna said was an issue! Again Equifinance refused to say why saying I had told go to the first broker!

I made a complaint to Equifinance and their Compliance Officer responded stating the first broker was wrong it was nothing to do with the absence but that if I wanted to know why I was rejected I was do ask the first broker why as they were told?!! I asked the compliance how was I going to do this when the first broker gave me the reason and she said it was wrong but again she replied “go to the broker”!

I told her I was entitled to an Adverse Action Letter with the correct reason why I rejected, I can’t get this from the first broker as they have it wrong, the second broker haven’t been told why the only people who can give me the decision is Equifinance to date the Compliance Officer has refused. I emailed Hannah Messham who was involved in all of this but she has responded hiding behind the Compliance Officer! I have never known such unprofessionalism when making a loan application it’s the first time I’ve ever been turned down and no one will/can tell me why all three companies are now completely ignoring me so a complaint against all three is going to the Ombudsman which is completely unnecessary all any of them have to do is comply with regs and tell the correct reason I was rejected so I can make changes to improve my chances in the future but none of them want to do this. It’s been stressful and distressing these past two months to say the least and not one of them cares what they have done

Cheap and nasty!!!!

These masks are promoted heavily on social media as being saturated in collagen. Mine arrived boxes all squashed and ripped and the first mask was so dry and devoid of any product it wouldn’t stay on! It fell off after 3 hours it didn’t go transparent and my skin felt bad like dry and tight I had to put rescue balm on that my husband uses for eczema to soothe it! I didn’t jump to conclusions I just thought maybe a dud mask so tried another but this was one was dry and wouldn’t stay on for more than 2 hours when it came off my cheeks were all red and blotchy and again dry and tight - these masks are cheap and nasty I made a complaint to the company who told me to use a toner with it so it would stick and ignored the skin issues! I responded back that I was using a toner already but really if the masks had any product on you shouldn’t need the toner! I’ve asked for a refund and all 20 emails sent so far have gone ignored!! SHOCKING company just avoid!!
