What a load of tosh there launch of the 2020 speczal range!! Been on there site for over 12 hours trying to select a size of there training shoes and it just won't let you order anything just keeps saying error all the time very very dissatisfied with the service from them the discount vouchers don't work that they send you and the customer service is very very poor!!! Seriouslythinking of never buying from them again and I've been a loyal customer of there's since I was a youngster!! Disappointed and really annoyed!!! Been on to Adidas customer service and because they couldn't answer my questions they cut me off 4 times today not interested in the paying public!!

Didn't get all the things I needed because they the had supplier problems, the delivery firm they use needs to improve as they left my order outside in the street by the bins it was only luck that I seen them otherwise they could have been stolen,the delivery driver left a card but I couldn't read the writing on it,they could do with sending you a email to let you know what day time the delivery will come, got no problems with the quality of their products as there really good value for money, Will buy from them in the future,they could definitely do with improving their courier service

Goods arrived in good condition no squashed boxes and in good condition, happy with my purchase, will be buying from them again in the future, goods took a while to arrive but that's to be expected over the Christmas season, there a lot better than there sister companies!!! Once I've ordered again I'll review again at a later date

Really pleased with the trainer's I purchased from them,and they arrived in good condition ie boxes not smashed or been jumped on by the delivery driver because they came double boxed and arrived the very next day which was not expected with it being the Christmas season, I've ordered goods from other companies before Christmas and am still waiting for them to arrive!!! The goods I purchased were really good value for money as well, definitely be buying from them again in the near future,then if I get the same customer service again on my next purchases I'll give them 5 stars as this was my first order from them

I've ordered 4 order's from them still waiting for one after nearly a week the other 3 came in bags not double boxed like it says on there website!!!! so the first 3 order's the boxes came all squashed and smashed,so had to buy an other pair of trainers as I couldn't give the first one's as a gift because of the box being damaged, one of the pairs of trainers came with half a shoe lace good job I've got spares,I would have returned the goods but couldn't be doing with all the messing around you have to do to return goods, I'll take the first 3 order's on the chin if the fourth don't come double boxed or boxes damaged there going back!!! after all I'm paying for the boxes so expect them to come as described when there selling them,and one other thing the ZX series trainers what they sell the sizeing is wrong the size 8s are a size 9 and the 7 and Half's are a size 8,I should know as I own quite a few pairs of ZX trainers with the same footbed so know the fit plus have measured the ones I ordered from here to the ones I already own, been waiting for a reply from there customer service team all day,I emailed them first thing this morning to ask where my 4 th order is because they haven't got a response they closed my chat down definitely won't be ordering from these again as can't be doing with all the stress involved, with damaged and faulty products and wrong sizes in there shoes, plus trade descriptions saying they send there products out double boxed which they don't,go else where people,like END or offspring you get a better service and the goods don't come all damaged ie boxes looking like they've been stamped on by whoever?????????????😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭,2 days later and numerous attempts to contact them and still no order or reply from there customer service team!!! How's that for customer satisfaction???????👹👹👹👹👹👹3 days later and still no response from there customer service,and 9 days no order!!!! Been on it's way since the the 30th Dec 2019, contacted them on numerous occasions and still no response, brilliant customer service not!!!!!!! Just a other update people just spent over a hour and a half on the phone after finely getting there customer service representative on the phone all I got was excuse after excuse, wouldn't shop here again for all the tea in China!!!!! Shoddy goods don't come as described,shop here at your peril!!!! When you go to a trainer shop to buy trainers the shop assistant don't come out with beat up boxes and trainer's with half a shoe lace to sell you and wrong sizing in there trainer's,😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Got my first order wrong and had to reorder again, the second time I ordered everything was all good and got a response from customer service pretty quick, better than the first time, going to order again so will review again once I've done more buying

Really good company I fully agree with what your doing,as us the consumer's have had it rough for along time with poor customer service and being mugged off by big corporations because we're the small fish in a big pound!!! Keep up the good work I'd always look on trustpilot now as you know what the company's behaviour is like before you use them, I'd wished I'd have come up with the idea!!!!
