Not a good experience

We have recently changed planes twice at Dubai and we had imagined that it would be a first class experience. It is enormous yet it provides no help or information desks or staff or maps and so you spend ages just trying to find gates, etc. It gives the impression of being a large shopping centre which happens to be involved in aircraft flights rather than the other way around.
I would not look forward to doing it again.

Shows no signs of improving

We have recently travelled from Manchester to New Zealand and return and we have experienced 5 major airports - Manchester, Dubai, Christchurch, Auckland, Perth.
Manchester is rightfully rated as one of the worst - staff attitude, baggage handling delays (AGAIN) and security were all so much worse than any of the other airports.
It really is an embarrassment as an international airport and as others have said avoid it whenever possible because they know about these issues but show no interest in remedying them.

Octopus are great to deal with

Octopus are very easy to deal with in all aspects. The info you require to make decisions is all there with nothing hidden. And there are no penalties to changing tariffs so you can have confidence that you can change if needed.

Very pleased with Baxi

I reported an intermittent boiler fault to Baxi on Friday pm and started maintenance plan. I received a text message from Baxi confirming date of visit and then a call from the Baxi engineer on the Monday morning to confirm the time he would arrive. He arrived on time, checked boiler and identified parts to be replaced. He checked they were in stock and offered dates when they could be fitted all before he left my house!

Same engineer back as planned on Wednesday and fitted the parts. He also cleaned the boiler, explaining what he was finding and doing.

I am extremely pleased with the level of service from Baxi, especially with the engineer concerned who is a good 'advert' for Baxi.
