Some of the plugs, recently bought have died after potting on and a few others on the verge of. Not the best this time.

Seeds seem ok, not used yet delivery very slow. Took nearly a week for delivery, typical post office.

Excellent service, not much more to be said.

Phoned up asked about the new tariff 14mth v7. Elsbeth went through the new unit rates and s/c rates, against the rates that were on now and changed us over to the new rate. Took no more than 20 mins. tops. All in all worth a call. ( No rhyme intended).

Value for money only if you download the app. and buy several at a time ( bundles) or when there's an offer. Buying one at a time obviously makes it dearer. Usually only one person on, so you might be in a queue but do a good job.

Arrived between the hours specified, can't say much more.

Originally bought the greenhouse through Wilko online. Delivery date was a Monday, but when it arrived only two packages were sent instead of three. After back and forth emails a date was set for the third package and duly came on said date. Cannot praise the team at Vitavia highly enough.Brilliant!!!

Ordered plants + bulbs, plants arrived in healthy condition but not so bulbs. Out of 15 bulbs supplied 3 were decayed. These bulbs were supplied through D.T. Brown.
Would have got 5 stars.

Delivered on time, all ok plants planted up so far so good.

Arrived before due date in good condition, not much more to say , photograph taken.

If you're out and about you can track delivery progress.

Easy to understand options that were presented, very friendly and polite. Went through contract and cooling off period terms before continuing, and got a £2.75pm reduction over 18mts.

All helpful staff easy to do, in and out in a few minutes.

Not had to use the service as yet and don't want to if possible, easy to download renewal documents and get in touch with for change of bank details.

Good value for money with the online discount and voucher code for the classic cover.

Denzel our sales assistant was extremely helpful and efficient, nothing at all was too much trouble. A very nice guy.

Needs a revamp, certainly outside, more staff in canteen/restaurant area. What happened to shed, summerhouse, greenhouse areas?

Both shop, garden centre and cafe very tired looking. Needs to be closed for a makeover. Must have been open now for 20yrs plus and it shows.
