Impressive customer service
I received a defective item and mentioned it in my review. Within a very short time I received a reply from Ellie,who immediately went into action to resolve the issue . Within 48 hours a new product was received and the defective one picked up .

Don't know what demographic you market too, but to assume everyone has perfect eyesight is a bit ridiculous. I find it hard to read instructions in small print. I realise there is not enough real estate on the packaging, maybe you could add a space on the website listing instructions.
