At the start my treatment was great, assessment was quick, had to provide an ECG before titration. Which started in November. I’ve been on one medication. Was moved to another 3 days before Christmas. This did not work, went back to my old one - 3 lost prescriptions, without medication for some time…. Finally got some, had 2 positive appointments. And instead of offering me a booster, they switched my medication to the one I trialled at Christmas and had a breakdown on… I’ve trialed it for a month. Same thing. But now I’ve had NO communication, I’ve emailed endlessly, no answer. I called. After a 45 minute wait to find I wasn’t booked in for future appointments.

I booked one for yesterday, no one called me. They’re closed today, emails still not answered. No communication. I just want to return to my old medication, with a booster for the afternoons. And then be sent for shared care. But it seems if you’re an NHS right to choose patient; they don’t have the time for you. Nor do they want to answer you, or actually have clinicians call you…

I’ll be calling Monday, again. But honestly, I feel ignored and unheard….

I have been using magpie since 2020, I started with their glitters and then went on to their gels after a bad experience with another brand. And I haven’t looked back. Their education system is second to none and I have learnt so much within the last few years! And I highly recommend this if you’re going to be using magpie. I would also have a go at their nail art courses. There’s a few to choose from and many educators bringing out new courses all the time, which are super insightful.

The products are long lasting, brilliant on the nails and so so easy and pigmented to apply. As well as their bottle brushes being easy to hold, as a disabled nail technician I find it hard to hold certain things for a long time. Previous branded bottles have been awful for me but magpie haven’t and I can use them with ease without having issues. Amazing amazing brand!

Their customer service is quick and professional. And I’ve never had any issues and they’ve helped me whenever I’ve needed it. Their delivery is quick, professional and prompt. You even get sweets in your delivery!

The group is warm and welcoming and people are always on hand to help you with any issues you may have, troubleshoot any questions. People are always happy to help a tech or client in need. It’s a very wonderful nail family to be apart of. And I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Stephen was amazing on my repair today! I took a chunk out of the side wall of my tyre, not wanting to risk it. I booked in for a change. Although he reassured me it would’ve been fine to carry on with. He also understood my worries and repaired it for my peace of mind.

He was polite and professional. And the job was done in no time.
