The first ring i ordered was too big. It was my fault as my wife has arthritis and it needed to be an X to get over her kknuckle.They changed it for a smaller ring without any argument and this fitted perfectly on a different finger. I was very happy with their service.

I was supposed to get a free taxi from Jersey Airport to my apartment on 9th July. It was impossible to book this on their app or website so I had to pay £25. I claimed this back from booking.com and sent them the receipt. I then sent a number of emails to customer service and two to the chief executive but no response. I have used the company many times before and never had any problems but now think their customer relations is disastrous and will not be using them again. I suggest others do the same thing and it may make them change their attitude to loyal customers.

In March I invested $250 in this company and they allegedly invested it in crypto currency. I had numerous conversations with a customer manager, James Landon, and he persuaded me to invest a further $2250 which again they allegedly invested in crypto currency. Their website is very good and shows how everything is invested. After loosing some of the capital, if it was ever invested, I decided to close the account and they confirmed that the balance had been refunded but it has never arrived. I sent them numerous emails which they have totally ignored. I threatened them with bad reviews on social media and reporting them to Action Fraud but they still ignored me.
DO NOT INVEST IN THIS ORGANISATION ITS A SCAM.

I sent 2 cameras and various lenses to them and they offered me £47 for the lot. I refused the offer and they sent them all back to me at no cost. I subsequently put them on ebay and one of the cameras sold for £70 straight away. I am sure they are a good company but you should not necessarily accept their offer.

Pictures on website are misleading as fo not show over 40 laminated signs affixed to walls and furniture and there are lots of games and jigsaws stacked up in the lounge.
The entrance to the property from where the car is parked is over loose stones and not easy to drag cases.

Very quick service and payment. No problems at all.
