So disappointed.

I have given up hope with Care ADHD. This seems to be the only space where I have felt heard and seen in these reviews, more than I have by Care ADHD - to know I’m not the only one feeling this way is reassuring. The care and communication I have received has been absolutely awful. Life has progressively seemed to have gotten worse since my diagnosis and the urge to finally get the much needed help, is not available to me? All I can describe is a horrid feeling of being stuck. Knowing there’s absolutely nothing I can do but to ‘just wait’. I was assessed and diagnosed September 2025, and it’s now late March - no titration appointment all while advertising 12-16 weeks. The weeks keep being extended and extended and extended. It’s false advertisement and complete lies. I wish I’d known earlier, I would have chosen a different provider. It’s the fact there is no communication, after I’ve sent many emails and called so many times, it’s been the same generic AI bs response. This is not ok and goes against what their values and what they represent and stand for. Go elsewhere as you will be made to feel worse than you begun with if you choose Care ADHD as your provider.

The worst part is they will send a response to this and say fill in a feedback form knowing full well people with ADHD will see that as another task and are not likely to fill out another 100 forms JUST to get support. Leaving this review itself has taken me MONTHS. At least if there was a genuine reason given I.e. not enough clinicians, no medication.. anything! But no response is 10x worse. It’s wrong and shameful.

I wouldn’t recommend Red Driving…

I wouldn’t recommend Red Driving School. I had a driving instructor who made me feel really uncomfortable. For a number of reasons. On one occasion I cancelled a lesson because I told him I was going through a break up and after that, in an effort to ‘make me feel better’ he made a pass at me, saying he would treat me good and take me out - while in my vulnerable state. Another reason, for 3 lessons straight we were sat at a Tesco parking lot- and not on the roads. A complete waste of my money. Lastly, the final thing that put me off completely- he was coughing, had just used a tissue and had his hand on the clutch showing me something - then I had to put my hand on it, he then put his hand on top of mine. He already gave me creepy vibes but then to do that, I felt so uncomfortable. 1, he didn’t use a hand sanitizer and 2, why is his hand on top of mine when evidently I’m already uncomfortable. On a random day he messaged me ‘Talk is cheap, If you like me, tell me. If you miss me, show me. If you love me, prove it.’ which I didn’t respond to - I was so confused. I stopped my driving lessons completely and it’s been 6 years since. Now I’ve found a kind, patient instructor elsewhere. Extortionate prices for average instructors. In all honesty, this was just my experience with 1 driver from Red Driving School but at that point I just gave up trying to learn and didn’t care anymore. Just go elsewhere honestly. I’ve wasted so many years due to this bad experience and that’s why I decided to leave a review today.

If I could give 0 stars I would… I’m…

If I could give 0 stars I would… I’m not one to leave reviews as that in itself can be time consuming but if it means I’ll help others then I will do so. Please do not buy the high peak projector or anything else from their website, please buy from other places with better reviews! I wish I did the same. The customer service was the worst thing I have ever experienced and I’d spent £90+ by giving into their false advertisement…within seconds I’d emailed following their cancellation procedure and I was ignored, I followed procedure and they refused to cancel my order. Instead I was in communication with staff over email who were so unprofessional, I knew instantly I wasn’t going to get my money back. Their products are made and shipped from china and they do not have a complaints department. Once you buy a product and things go wrong you will lose your money. I lost my money and High peak did not have any remorse. No apology, nothing.


I paid £25.40 for international recorded shipping to return my projector that i’d cancelled in good timing, but was told I’d only get a refund if they receive it. Of course, I knew they would find ways not to refund me. The projector was held in customs in China for months and so high peak did not refund me. I lost a lot of money. This was a scam. Avoid if you have more brain cells than me.
