Dreadful machine

Dreadful machine
Now on my second machine with the same problem. Both worked okay for a couple of days but now when pluging into the electric no red indicator light comes on, this even though electric current is showing via the cable. (Current tester) also when positioning the hot/cold lever on the top of the machine and in the middle the pod cover raises but not able to pull the pod holder out. It appears stuck. The same has happened to my previous machine which was a gift. Not impressed by this machine and not recommended.

That is the the only word i can think of when i arrived at Dentmagic Chribbs Causeway to collect my car. When i saw my car as it pulled up (i presume from being valeted) i honestly thought they had the wrong car.. it was in pristine condition. The wow factor clicked in. If it wasnt for the number plate i honestly thought it was a new car. My car a 2011 plate Ford Focus Titanuim went in for a few rust spots to be dealt with..Took 3 days with the end result absolutly fantastic. Well pleased with the finish and service from the guys at Chribbs Causeway. Top Marks . Would highly recommend DentMagic .

Service representative attitude

Not impressed by the attitude of the service representative that dealt with my son and myself today 21/9/22 at the Weston Super Mare branch
I called into this branch today with my son and his car, a Ford Focus Titanium 2009 plate for a quotation on supplying and fitting a bonnet lock and also supplying and fitting a front upper grill. The chap behind the counter was on the phone at the time for around 10 minutes. When he finished my son and myself explained what we needed, which was a quote for a new bonnet lock and upper front grill. My son asked the young man if he would like to view the car as it is outside, The young man stated that he did not have time. We felt that by him saying that he did not have time he was just trying to fob us off and was not really interested in quoting us. That was the impression given ,

As the bonnet was not able to open, the young man stated that he would have to apply an diagnostic charge to start with which would take an hour. I enquired why he should do this as I asked him for a quote on a new bonnet lock and also an upper front grill only. I informed him that I knew how to open the bonnet as should also the mechanics working for Trust Ford. It was not rocket science as I would have thought mechanics from Trust Ford knew the ins and outs of a Ford cars faults. When I pointed this out to the service young man he just stated that for us to get a price for the parts next door.. We felt by him saying this he was trying to get rid of us ..

The impression given by your service young man was that It appeared that just because my son was the owner of a 2009 car then he was not really interested in quoting us for an older car repairs. . I also cannot understand why this young man could not come outside initially and just view the car when quite clearly he had spent some time at the desk attending to us.

Myself and my son felt very inferior when dealing with this service representative , His manner towards us was on a “could not be bothered “ attitude towards us.
We waited at the counter for parts ( as he suggested) but gave up after 10 minutes as no one came to see to us .. we then walked out feeling absolutely disgusted at the shoddy service by this service representative at this branch .

I sincerely hope that this is not the norm in your organisation .. I really advise you to retrain this representative in the correct way in dealing with your customers.

What a joke .

What a joke ..
Booked in to my local Lloyds pharmacy for a diabetes blood test today at 9.30am .. Even had an email the day before reminding me . On arrival I was told they did not know nothing about my appointment and in any event they did not carryout that test there and the machine was broken anyway. I was absolutely gob smacked.. what a complete joke ..
Lack off communication in this company springs to mind. Not impressed with their lack of service .

Ordered work trousers one day and they arrived the next day .. delivery first class.. Product was as i expected which was very good quality .

Would def use them again

Greggs interpretation of Sausage & egg…

Greggs interpretation of Sausage & egg baguette has a lot to be desired. After my first experience of ordering and complaint because the egg was burnt to a crisp and flattened as though it had been thrown against a brick wall I was given a gift code as way of apology. A few days later in my local Greggs in Portishead I ordered the same.. Yes you guessed it eggsactly the the same disgusting state of the egg in my baguette. Greggs really need to educate their staff on how to cook and serve eggs .

Not impressed by E.ons contact system

Not impressed by E.ons contact system. Tried to telephone customer services 6 times to discuss my account and each time waited on the phone for at least 1/2 hour each time then gave up .. Absolute shambles .. I am regretting renewing my contract with them now after this .. Trying to make a complaint is just as bad.. Emailed them and guess what !! message came back saying email address is no longer used . Grrrr Not happy with this company .
