Very uncomfortable shoes, disappointing experience

Stay away from On Running shoes if comfort matters to you. I purchased a pair expecting a premium, comfortable running shoe, but the experience was the complete opposite.

After trying them on briefly indoors, the shoes created intense pressure on my feet and caused noticeable swelling within minutes. I’ve worn many different brands over the years and have never experienced anything like this. The shape and support felt completely wrong and extremely uncomfortable.

Because of this, I returned them immediately the next day in unused condition. Unfortunately, the whole return process turned into a frustrating experience.

For a brand that markets itself as high-performance and premium, the comfort level was shockingly poor in my case. Definitely not what I expected.

Personally, I would avoid On Running if you are looking for comfort or a reliable running shoe.

disappointing experience with Footpatrol - stay away

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Footpatrol.

I returned a pair of shoes that were clearly not worn, exactly as shown in the attached photos, yet they refused to accept the return. The shoes were in the same condition as received, no creases, no sole wear, no marks. Despite this, they rejected the refund without providing a reasonable explanation.

Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, repeating policy statements rather than actually reviewing the evidence provided. It feels like once they have your money, resolving issues is not a priority.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if you might need to return an item. Based on my experience, even unworn products can be refused, leaving you stuck and out of pocket.

Very disappointing for a retailer that claims to value customer satisfaction.

No longer the old good service - stay away!!!

I stayed at Birmingham Strathallan Hotel, BW Signature Collection between 9 May – 13 May. The hotel was so bad, so left it after confirming with booking.com call center support on the phone that I will receive a refund. And its been 4 months, they start dropping call and stopped answering emails..

this company used to be a good one but obviously this is now in the past.

hotels.com, tripadvisor, expedia or even airbnb are %100 times better than this useless company, I cancelled all my future bookings here..

This company is a scam by misleading ads

This company is a scam. They are falsely advertising to send the first t-shirt for £1.99 and immediately they charge you an extra £11.98, if you wont check, you will never know.

And they say you can cancel anytime but there is no button to unsubcribe on your profile, just sent an email now but never wants to cross those scammers again..

A slavery company from Turkey

This company founded and expanded in Turkey by labour exploitation of the motorcycle delivery riders by forcing them to catch of with the orders faster than it should be. Hence still it is unknown how many delivery riders injured or dead - casualties are unknown - effected by this company's harsh targets and the perpetual pressure on them. Also it is stated that the company is stealing from the tips to drivers and not paying them after hours. At Turkey because of the high unemployment rates and government back up, this company is never held accountable of their actions. But in the UK we can make a difference. Please don't support this company unless they become crystal clear about the actions on their delivery drivers’ wage, health and safety. We are planning an action against the company to improve the delivery drivers conditions in the UK as well.

Please show your support for fair wages - fair living conditions all around the world.

The heet sticks are to small and expensive, hence the experience is lovely the price is absolutely more expensive than a regular cigarette.
