Impossible to receive warranty service

I recently had the WiFi connection problem with my mi 11, which is a known hardware defect with this specific phone. I tried to contact the warranty service from honorbuy, but they only replied after maybe 8 days. I’m not sure how to reach them in a faster way. And then they told me I have to send my phone to China instead of fixing it here in Europe. Not sure if I’ll ever buy from them again. I understand this is a hardware issue from xiaomi, but as a retailer Honorbuy didn’t deliver a good after sales service. I basically can’t get my phone fixed even if it’s still under warranty.

Unhelpful and inflexible policy

I recently was expected a very heavy package(15kg) from Tokyo to Stockholm. After contacting the customer support line and usual 30 minutes waiting time, they informed me that this package can only be picked up from a service point that’s 10 minutes away from my apartment. And they refused to arrange any home delivery for me even thought this is an EMS package. They said EMS packages are treated the same as a regular mail. I then asked since I don’t have a car and there’s nobody available to help me what I can do. They just kept repeating that I need to pick it up by myself. Imaging if being a single person with disabilities in Stockholm, how could he or she possibly carry such a heavy package back home? They also refused to make another delivery attempt even if I offered to pay extra.
