Impossible to receive warranty service
I recently had the WiFi connection problem with my mi 11, which is a known hardware defect with this specific phone. I tried to contact the warranty service from honorbuy, but they only replied after maybe 8 days. I’m not sure how to reach them in a faster way. And then they told me I have to send my phone to China instead of fixing it here in Europe. Not sure if I’ll ever buy from them again. I understand this is a hardware issue from xiaomi, but as a retailer Honorbuy didn’t deliver a good after sales service. I basically can’t get my phone fixed even if it’s still under warranty.
