I bought replacement filters .

I bought replacement filters .. easy to do & swift delivery. Easy to fit to existing unit … reasonable price. What’s not to like ?

Refreshing to Deal With - People to Trust

Having recently had a seriously bad experience with another dealerAnchor Cars have been a breath of fresh air.
Aston was helpful from the start, providing all that I needed when I asked and taking my or returning them as appropriate. I was exiting from bad deal with a complete clown show elsewhere in order to buy from Anchor so it took a bit of close work and collaboration. It is hard to buy a good second hand car - I haven’t done it for decades and I have little experience. After the last two months I’m now much wiser and I certainly have trust in Anchor Cars through my dealing with Aston.


To cap it all the delivery executive Grant was an absolute gentleman. Again helpful and patient.
If I ever need another car - I’d certainly be looking at Anchor again.

The system works - why queue ?

This system always works …and beats finding a pharmacy in Portishead and then joining a massive queue…
The reminders are probably superfluous as over time with 2 of more medications the replenishment gets out of sync but hey nothing is 100% perfect .. but this is more or less there. Boots ? Who ? What?

Potentially useful Pet Cam

The pet cam may yet be useful. The cable provided had to be replaced in the first week as it was faulty though.
Still experimenting with best positioning but on the whole not bad

The service was great

The service was great, the part arrived but unfortunately appeared to be of a later generation. Good advice given to enable a swift return which has been delivered back and I’m just waiting for the credit - which I’m now pleased to say, arrived promptly.

Súper product, great service

Súper product - good looking and a better substitute for the old one. Very well packed and deliver the day after I ordered and was up the same day - I’m very happy with everything.

Four years later - still looking great … well worth it !! 😊

Customer Service was a little slow but I survived !
The videos posted aren’t too helpful - they are too fast with no slow motion or freeze frames or close ups at critical points. They should review and change and get more brownie points for that.
The website is not easy to navigate.
The product is sound but the 16mm screens are very flexible with high winds. I was told that the hand rails might help to give added rigidity - should have been easier to spot when ordering.
Delivery tracking non existent and my delivery turned up without warning despite offer of text update. By phone I worked with an intelligent delivery driver to sort it myself.
Product is good and looks neat.
I’m wasn’t sure they’re worth the stress of dealing with …. But maybe I was having a bad day!
On reflection, a year later - it was worth the trouble. We have a lovely corner of the garden that we relax in.
Have to say almost 4 years later the screens still look great ! 😊
