Racist leisure centre, will not recommend nor return. I felt victimised and embarrassed by staff and customers. The swim instructor relative had a lot to say to me in directly. I felt so violated myself and my daughter left before our time. There online booking is terrible. No clarity on swim what is a Public pool. We were told to go in the children pool where u can not swim just float. I would not recommend nor return.

I did online shopping, which I booked on the 3 of November to be delivered on the 5 of November. My slot was 3 till 4 pm. I receive a message stating my order maybe late. 4 hours later I called them, I spoke to 3 people very concerning, there English was very bad, to cancel my order. Only to call back the next day and it wasn’t cancelled. I had no food and a young child to feed. They gave me a good will voucher only to use them and they do not work. And it will take 24 hours for someone to deal with this request. I can assure Asda I will be deleting this app and I will be using Tesco.

I’ve been waiting for my sofa since last weeks Saturday. I ve spoken to at least 5 customers representative. And I still have not received my sofa. First one was the van man, He told me he was over hours and couldn’t not deliver. I eventually got a booking for Monday to be delivered today only to be told my booking has been cancelled. Than I received another call to be told the van has broken down. And was assured it will come today. I would not even given this company a rated one but I had no option. I will not be ordering from this company again and I would not recommend others to do so.

Visited the o2 branch on the 11 of April 2022. Had the worst experience. The customer service was really bad. They got our order wrong. Wouldn’t recommend visiting this branch. I even contacted there customer service team they don’t seem to have a care in the world. Your not seeing me back!

An incident happened this week with the post office manager by the name of Ruth. Ranting a black women making a big deal over nothing , shouting at her saying don’t come back to this post office. I felt bad and I had to make this report. An incident has happened to me I feel she racist! The incident happened in the swanley post office

The wost posibile service received. Would not recommend buying goods and services from this company. My was incomplete only to told I have to reorder. No apology or no compensation in any measure. They where quick to take my money for the spare part but not to help. With my incomplete service.
