Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. I went to pick a car up this morning a blue lexus CT that I had purchased only to find it had faulty brakes, tyres that would have needed changing in a week or so, a gash in one of the tyres, steering was pulling to the left, brake discs that had a lip on them like a doorstep, warning lights on the dashboard etc etc which in itself is an MOT failure.

This vehicle supposedly passed an MOT on the 25th of June which was yesterday, obviously,they are using a bent MOT testing station.They couldn't even be bothered to do a mini valet on the vehicle, it smelt horrendous on the inside, if they cant be bothered to clean a vehicle prior to sale what does that tell you about the dealership? Avoid at all costs if you value your safety. It's obvious they are using one of their friends who's running a bent MOT station. I have informed the ministry of transport when I arrived back home.

Using one of their friends and doing bent MOTs is a dereliction of duty.
There is an old addage which goes like this, "never buy a used car from Luton, Birmingham or Bradford."
Like I mentioned above, if you value your safety avoid this dealership at all costs.

An absolutely shocking company

An absolutely shocking company that sells vehicles not fit for purpose.

The Wife got her Mini with a so-called 20,000 miles from these con men in April, it was delivered while I was at work. A few weeks later I got to drive it, and I noticed the clutch peddle was hard to press down. Now I'm a 6ft 4 male who attends the gym 4-5 days a week and believe me it was hard to press down, it was also biting right at the top and not at the usual point.

Now this is where the problems with Cazzoo started, phone call after phone call to them to ask to sort the problems out, what did we get? Nothing, not a phone call back from them, my wife phoned them again and was greeted with their usual spiel of "oh I'm so so sorry I will sort it out for you." Another 3 phone calls later and guess what? Nothing, nadda. I know what Cazoo are doing, they are waiting for the warranty to run out so, they can bill the extended warranty as my wife took out the extended warranty. Now the exhaust has started to blow to add more problems to an already growing repair list.

The wife has only done 500 miles since getting the Mini with 20,000 miles on the clock, it drives like it's got 220,000 miles on the clock.

On Monday we are contacting the Finance Company to tell them about Cazzoo and their selling cars not fit for purpose, we will then contact Trading Standards. I have already been in touch with BBC's Watchdog who are interested in sending a TV crew out to cover mine and many other customers problems with Cazzoo.

Use this company are your peril, they will have your pants down and lie through their teeth to you.
