Since September 2 engineer have came out and washing machine still not repaired sounds like a plane. First wash after getting it repaired it has ripped my Son’s school PE kit top on the sleeve and on all the washing little bits off rubber I am so frustrated and angry. I will reporting it.

Engineer was very helpful and friendly, however the product itself (the washing machine) is of poor quality. Every time I have it repaired another problem arises. Even then the performance is mediocre.
