Refused fitting even though pre-paid

Local company in Southampton, Wessex Tyres refused to fit the tyres. They said this company is a nightmare and they dont get paid so refused to fit the tyres without paying an additional £20.00 per tyre even though I showed the invoice and voucher. They said 'try contact them yourself'. I tried the phone number which just answers with a 'white noise', the whatsapp is unanswered and they just have a chatbot. I have to leave without tyres being fitted as refused to pay twice.

Excellent customer service who was very knowledgeable and understood my enquiry plus added extra support to stop a potential problem for m occuring when I have my EV charger installed with 'Solar Divert' happening. Thank you for your help.

I purchased custom driveway gates

I purchased custom driveway gates online and received excellent communication including delivery times which were faster than provisional date. They look exactly as ordered in the picture. I then had an install issue as the existing posts not good enough so purchased posts, spoke to customer services and they helped me order the correct posts. All supplied with proper invoices. Again 2 week lead time and arrived in 9 working days. Excellent products, as described and shown on the site. Based in UK with UK customer service team. Thank you!

Not as advertised very poor value

Ordered flowers for my Girlfriend (on behalf of her daughter) for Mother's Day the "Fireworks" bouquet. They arrived early (pleasant surprise) and said to be in bud. They never opened and just died. As I waited over 7 days before emailing the company (to see if they opened before emailing) I got response saying too late and nothing further that they would do.

There are so many examples of this on Facebook group with pictures so please do your research before buying from them. I wish I had.

Smashed undriveable car for 6+ weeks

I had a smashed windscreen on 2nd August. Phoned my AXA car insurance who diverted me to the approved repairer Autoglass. The initial process was easy to provide car details.

They said the part was out of stock and provided no time frame. Despite weekly calls to the customer services team they provided no update apart from 'out of stock'. Eventually after 3 weeks I gave up and lodged a formal claim with my insurance company to get them to deal direct with Autoglass. Again, weekly calls to m insurance company they would phone Autoglass with no available update.

They text me to say I would have a booking slot in 5 days. Then after 6 weeks they phoned to say can they book me in for a repair. They didn't know my car needed calibration either. I phoned around, sourced my own Windscreen from Mazda dealership could have been fitted in 2 days or Autoglass could collect but Autoglass refused saying can only use approved suppliers.

I made an official complaint.

Someone did call me back and just kept saying "it was out of stock we can only use approved suppliers" not interested in listening. I refused to allow complaint to be closed and 2 weeks later still heard nothing no form of offer of apology or even good will vouchers.

Terrible Customer Service.
