I bought a coffee machine as a gift for someone four months ago on Amazon. They were experiencing issues with the product overheating and overrunning. When I contacted Dolce Gusto, they refused to offer me a refund, even though their policy states I am entitled to one within two years if the product has any faults. I spoke with customer service, but they did not understand my situation and lied about their policy, claiming that because it had been four months, they could only issue a replacement. This is unfair, and they should not have offered me a replacement when I was unhappy with their product in the first place, as it let me down. Their staff did not help at all and kept offering me a replacement when I clearly did not want one. Fortunately, I contacted Amazon, and they sorted out the issue, processed my refund, and issued a returns label so I could send it back. I will no longer shop for their products and certainly will not recommend them. Rubbish company and brand; their employees have no clue about their policy!

I purchased shoes from this company

I purchased shoes from this company, but they turned out to be uncomfortable. I contacted their support team to request a return and a refund, but their communication and response time were very poor. Apparently, their policy does not allow returns, which I believe violates consumer rights. I will be taking legal action to hold this brand accountable, as their practices are unfair to consumers.

Please do not ask for my order number or email; I prefer if you could find my information using my name. This company is horrible and feels like a scam!

Refused to refund my money

I paid a small fee of around £1 to use their service and canceled it immediately afterward. However, I recently noticed two transactions of £39.99 taken from my account—one last month and another just a few days ago. After reading other negative reviews, I suspect they may be scammers, as I am confident that I canceled my subscription in time to prevent further charges.

They refused to provide me with a full refund of £79.98 and only offered to reimburse me £22.05, which I find very frustrating and unfair. I believe I am entitled to the entire refund since I did not use their service after the trial period. It seems there may be an issue with their website that caused the automatic charges. I am very unhappy with this situation, and I would like my full refund.

I would not recommend their service to anyone!

Awful customer Service

I recently bought a perfume for £160, but I was disappointed with the scent and felt it wasn't worth the price. When I tried to return it to three different stores, they refused because I had tested it. I checked on the returns policy and it does not state this, as my consumers rights I should be entitled to a return and refund!

It's been a month since I purchased it and this whole experience has caused a lot of inconvenience. I don't think I'll be shopping at this Company again. Interestingly, when I checked the store last week for another perfume, they were offering samples. I wish they had done the same with my original purchase if they didn't want me to use it.
