Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback. I'm really sorry you've had trouble accessing our tariffs.
All tariffs available can be viewed online, if you'd like to talk to someone about these, we also have a fantastic team of specialists available 7 days a week between 8am and 10pm - all you need to do is pop us a message over social media (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) at a time that suits you and one of the team will be more than happy to help

Wrong product arrived some broken in a…

Wrong product arrived some broken in a box as big as me ! Totally inappropriate packing 6x5ft box !!! No customer service to speak to . Products missing and incomplete

I am sorry to hear about the poor experience which you have encountered with your online order on this occasion. This is not the level of service that we aim to provide our customers with and I hope that you can accept our sincere apologies for this. I can confirm that all feedback is taken very seriously and will be reviewed by our head office so we can improve on the service that we provide as well as the customer experience. After looking into this, I can see that our customer care team have responded to your emails. A refund has been raised to be processed back to your original payment method. I hope you will consider shopping with the Range in the future as we would like the opportunity to prove that this was not indicative of the service we offer.
