Customer service were superb regarding my issue. Very supportive and 100% resolved the issue
My advise is , if you have an issue don't moan put it in the hands of Customer service. If they don't know what drivers are up to they can't stop it.

I'm afraid I have been one of the unlucky ones with my involvement with Holden smith Elland.
I was part of a 3 part chain. Me in the middle with a house sale and purchase.
My buyer used holden smith elland. I'm sorry to name names but it has to be said, that this stressful time of buying and selling was made 100 times worse by the solicitor dealing with it , which had a knock on affect for me.
Solicitor sorry to say held things up so appallingly. Long delays in replying to my solicitor. Leaving things till the very last minute requesting documents that should have been asked for weeks before. She held the completion of my sale up for at least a month.
The whole thing. Due to her method of working, which didn't seem to be like the other 2 solicitors in my chain who were ready well before her, was stressful beyond belief.
Well it's done now and all parties are moved and in their new places. All I can say is if this solicitor is appointed to you , prepare for a rocky time.

Well mine has been a journey of ups and downs. Disappointment and then hope. But be assured the support from Gulderen and her excellent team has always been there.
For me at the moment things are still a bit unsure but I feel confident I will get the best service.
I hope I am ending my uphill journey on a High note in the future.
What I failed to add, was that under Gulderens obvious watchful eye, Simpson Millar have the makings of some fabulous legal representatives in both Helen and Jess
