I ordered some flowers for a friend's birthday. Unfortunately they were delivered to a neighbour's address (not Appleyard's fault) and by the time I contacted the friend to check if she'd received them, they were already gone! I'm hugely grateful that Appleyard agreed to re-send the flowers, at no extra cost to myself, and they arrived. A beautiful bouquet. Thank you … particularly to Salome!

Great bag and doing everything I wanted it to do. Already being used on holiday and fits everything I need while travelling, perfectly. Well made and good value for money!
