We were in it would have been nice if the courier could have knocked to let us know it was there instead of just leaving it on the doorstep. Luckily we are away from the road but to not even bother to ring or knock.

You have duplicated the report and charged me twice and when I have sent you a request to correct this I have been ignored. So 1 star for you I'm afraid. It came up as incomplete or invalid card details. Why would I need the same report on the same car reg twice.

I give Jet2 5 stars but the experience 3 stars. We went to Antalya, The Sherwood Dreams Hotel All Inc. Staff were lovely but the location of the hotel wasn't great as there was nothing to do.
Food was very nice with plenty of choice but the hot self service food often not very hot unless choosing the freshly cooked items. A big hoohah trying to get proscecco or sparkling wine at dinner. Wonderful daily towel service. The staff couldn't do enough for us Fehime in the restaurant, bar staff Ercan, Zeynep & Nazir very attentive.
One thing I would ask the Hotel to change is to stop using 2 plastic straws fir every drink I brought 53 home with me, also using 2 cups even for cold drinks VERY WASTEFUL. Music was way too loud around the pool,unnecessarily LOUD. Would go to Turkey again with Jet2 but closer to shops and places to walk to. (Trip 16th - 23rd Apr 2024)

Everything is well organised, lovely staff on the flights that I've experienced. All went according to plan, schedule etc. Easy coach transfer and visible staff at airports.Already booked a 3rd trip.

We travelled with Jet2 in 2022 and loved the experience.

Delightful products, they look and smell great. Very good communication too. Easy to use website I was able to select my items and check out without any complications.The enchanted forest forest fragrance is gorgeous, xmas smell.
The Fresh Unstoppables smell very spot on.
