The earrings themselves are gorgeous. My only complaint would be delivery. There wasn’t an option to have a separate delivery address from billing address, so I had to pay extra for special delivery to get them to arrive on time. They said it’s with DPD but it actually came with Royal Mail. Be aware.

Very efficient, good service, easy to use and fast delivery

Good product, delivered timely but in an absurdly large amount of packaging. Just a small lined bread bag but came in a huge cardboard box with brown paper, over A3 size. Totally ridiculous. Could have used a simple envelope for it.

This is the second time my family has purchased a car from Motoroo and we have been extremely pleased with the whole experience on both occasions. Pricing is fair and the cars have been exactly as expected and sold in as best condition possible for a used car. The stand-out though for this company is the excellent customer service. Warm and personal, nothing too much trouble, no pushiness, just courtesy throughout. Would have no doubts about recommending them. If we needed another used car, this would be our first choice.
