Something easy.

An easy to use sight for me. I am at an age now that would see me have mastery over a monetary system where 240 pennies would make a pound; but then so would 20 shillings, 40 sixpences and eight half crown's by the time I was 10. My point being that even for me with little knowledge of computers can still book a holiday on line with leger. If I get it wrapped around my kneck I can always call on my land line.

Excellent drivers

I was impressed by the local knowledge of the drivers and their good nature. For me it would be helpful to know if the hotel or the drivers would be able to organise entrance tickets to things like art galleries or museums. With covid the emphasis has been on timed tickets. Not easy to sort out for those of us not entirely comfortable with mobile telephone technology and could be sorted out before departure with a little forethought and help from family. Not everyone just goes shopping in a foreign country with world famous attractions. Time is of the essence. Contact details for the drivers would be a great help and were provided for this holiday by the driver but was sadly lacking for the previous one. Of course, this was only a problem when someone was late back to the coach for the first time. Overall I had a very interesting and pleasant few days away.
