The item itself is absolutely beautiful and very well made. I’m really pleased with the jewellery.

Unfortunately, the delivery experience and customer service were disappointing. I paid £6.99 for “DPD – Parcel Next Day” delivery. At checkout, there was no clear mention of a 4pm cut-off time, “next working day” wording, or weekend exclusions, it simply stated “Next Day Delivery”.

I ordered on a Friday expecting delivery the following day or on Monday at the latest, but the item arrived on Tuesday. I contacted customer services and provided screenshots of exactly what was visible to me at checkout, however the delivery charge refund was refused, with responses relying on internal policy rather than addressing the lack of clarity shown to customers.

While the product itself is lovely, clearer delivery information at checkout and a more customer-focused response would have made this a much better experience.

I ordered Disney Crocs just after Christmas, expecting them to arrive on the 25th of January. However, I received a dispatch email on the 4th of January, and Josh informed me that my postage had been upgraded. To my amazement, I already received the Crocs on the 5th of January, 20 days earlier than expected!

I regularly visit all the 925 Treats locations (Carmarthen, Llanelli and Ammanford). The staff are excellent and always welcoming and friendly. Whenever I have a query they are always happy to help. All stores have a good range of items, I especially like their clothes.

I visited Shop Wales on 5th April. The staff a very welcoming and friendly. They have an excellent range of Jellycats. I would definitely visit here again/buy from their website. Thank you to the team at Shop Wales!

My friend and I visited Mallows Beauty Cardiff on the 5th April. We were greeted by Sadie who was very friendly and welcoming. She informed us about an offer they had on, which was very tempting! I bought some of the items from the Pineapple face care range as well as a few baths bombs. Sadie was very knowledgeable about the items and gave a few tips for when applying the items (do the pineapple creamy cleanser before the gel cleanser). Sadie was very interested in the Jellycats we had bought from another local shop and we had a lovely conversation about the jellycats we have! This isn’t my first time shopping at Mallows and it certainly won’t be my last! Sadie is a credit to the Mallows team and you are very lucky to have such a friendly team member! Thank you Sadie and everyone at Mallows!
