efficient way in which a complaint is dealt wth

I had reason to complain about a delivery of a rose for a 70th birthday that arrived 8 days earlier than the birthday. Unfortunately the recipient was away on holiday so the box was just left in the porch. David Austin very kindly arranged for a second delivery of this gift of a bush rose to be delivered on the correct date , free of charge . Resulting in a very satisfied customer . Thank you David Austin ,I will order from you again. Gill for Surrey

A good experience

Spoke this morning to an extremely helpful Advisor called Francesca . She was patient and explained everything I ask her carefully and with kindness . A great asset to Scottish power .

I found the young man that I spoke to…

I found the young man that I spoke to today extremely helpful ,polite and easy to understand . He patiently answered my questions and explained how our bill was made up , the credit on our account and was a credit to Scottish Power
