Kaznard

The one thing I find annoying about Milk and More is that they just stop delivering items without any prior notice. For example, I really like the Oato Chocolate and Strawberry Milk, but one week it didn't arrive and when I rang to speak to someone (quite difficult), no explanation was given at all. No sign of it since. One of the only reasons I stay with them is because I really like the plant based croissants and pain au chocolat. There really us very little choice for vegans. My main reason for sticking with them is because I like the products in glass bottles rather than all the tetrapacks.

Bought a lovely rug featuring a mother duck and her two babies for my brother who has disabilities involving movement, for his kitchen entrance. Great that it's made in the UK, brilliant that it's made from recyclable materials and fantastic that it stays where you put it and is not a trip hazard unlike his previous cheap version. Delivery was quick although the courier did not deliver on the day they said they would and left a "strange" message that there was no access to the property which there was and always is. I wish they could say that they've run out of time for delivering on the day they say as my brother was upset that he thought that he had missed their delivery because he can't move quick enough to get to the door. On checking the Ring doorbell, there was no attempt by any courier to gain access. Hence the 4 stars.
